- Just like with Jubilee's Big 4 Agenda, The Affordable and Social Housing Agenda was among Key Pillars in President William Ruto's Kenya Kwanza Alliance Manifesto. President made a pledge to roll out affordable housing project and construct Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand housing Units Annually. That PROJECT Only used the Name Affordable to attract Tax evasions and get everything cheaper inclusive of Public Land but SOLD the UNITS at OFFPLAN. Now ask yourself which Government model of Affordable Housing Project did this ?. The Houses are Complete BTW, wachana na hizi which were still Captured zatengenezwa.

It's Called TPS. Any Urban Poor can't afford to even repay it within 10 Years. It's a Government safety net.
