Such a wonderful person, thank you for your knowledge. I have moved to the USA from Ireland and food here is so bad. I am growing my healing garden and raising my own birds. Right before I got here I was eating raw salmon for breakfast and gooseberries from outside. Now I see nothing but fast food restaurants all around me. I want to grow these plants in my garden ❤️🌷🌻⚘️🪴🌻

Yeah the food here is quite atrocious, recently visited Europe and instantly noticed the improved quality of food, not to mention the high quality food is much more accessible of there.

Wow... beautiful.. I always look up plants that are 'weeds' here where I ive, in Australia.. I just looked up Lycopus virginicus (because we DO call Ajuga Bugle weed here) and I found our own Native species of Lycopus (australis), so I must research that!! Lisa, you are delightful, and I am so grateful to hear of your work. I know of Rosemary's work with this organisation, and wondered how it worked... If I lived over there I'd be dping what you're doing. I've just started dping what I can here, but sadly many of the medicinal plants I am learning about to grow and use do not belong here in the southern hemisphere. Still, I will learn as much about natove endemic species as I can, and meanwhile these 'not native here' plants are beautiful and I'm sharing with those who also wish to grow their own medicine, climate allowing :) Thank you for all that you do, and with such a beautiful smile, too! 🌱🌻🎋🍀🌾🍄🌼🌿

I'm 69 years old and female. I was diagnosed a couple of years ago with (SPMS) and I was beyond scared! My lung function test indicated 49% capacity. After having had flu a year ago, the shortness of breath, coughing and chest pains continued even after being treated with antibiotics. I've been smoking two packs a day for 46 years. Being born without a sternum caused my ribs to be curled in just one inch away from my spine, resulting to underdeveloped lungs. At age 34 I had surgery and it was fixed. Unfortunately my smoking just caused more damage to my already under developed lungs. The problem was having is that I enjoy smoking and don't want to give up! Have tried twice before and nearly went crazy and don't want to go through that again. I saw the fear in my husband and children's eyes when I told them about my condition then they start to find solution on their own to help my condition.I am an 69 now who was diagnose (SPMS) emphysema which I know was from my years of smoking. I started smoking in school when smoking was socially acceptable. I remember when smoking was permitted in hospitals. It was not known then how dangerous cigarettes were for us, and it seemed everybody smoked but i was able to get rid of my (SPMS) lung condition through the help of total cure herbal foundation my husband bought, please email dr for your cure on [ovie.miraclemedicine1@gmail.com] has the right herbal formula to help you get rid and repair any lung conditions and cure you totally with their natural organic herbs,it class products at affordable prices. Absolutely love and thoroughly enjoyed this film. One of my favourite herbs is Melissa (lemon balm), and burdock. Here in the UK, I once found burdock growing in the dry gravel of a railway line, which I instinctively recognised, not being familiar with it, it confused me growing so small, but did provide Velcro like seed balls and I collected some. The following year I grew those seeds in my garden and had the shock of my life when burdock grew so big it took over virtually all of my small garden!

Thanks for the informative video. A correction: Earl Grey tea is a tea blend which has been flavored with the addition of oil of bergamot (citrus fruit -- Citrus bergamia a.k.a.bergamot orange). The rind's fragrant oil is added to black tea to give Earl Grey its unique taste. Monarda fistulosa, the wild bergamot or bee balm, is a wildflower in the mint family widespread and abundant as a native plant in much of North America. The bergamot in Earl Gray tea is not the same bergamot as shown in the video.

Hi Lisa :-)... you can also use Siberian Elm as a direct replacement for slippery elm. Stephen Buhner lives in our town, and he has done chemistry comparisons of the two species. Elm from Siberia.. (a very seedy/weedy, pest tree), is best used as an exact replacement for the Slippery elm

I recommend wild lettuce for pain relief, and horse nettle for allergies and poison ivy, they both grow wild here in georgia and almost everywhere in north america, i actually know where a ton of st. johns wart is so i might have to give that a try at some point.

I am diabetic and use stevia as a natural sweetener and grow it too in my garden. Some of the herbs in your video grow wild here in Michigan and a few sprouted up in my backyard.
