Kinamatisang Manok Recipe | Chicken Recipe - Pinoy Style
Ingredients:
Saute/ Simmer
3 tbsp - olive oil
3 tbsp - garlic
1 kilo - fresh chicken
1 cup - onions
1 tsp - salt
2 tbsp - spicy chilis
2 tbsp - fish sauce
2 cups - tomatoes
3 cups - water
1 cup - sweet potatoes
5 stalks - local celery
1 tsp - chicken powder
1 cup - sweet potatoes
700 grams - cabbage
5 pcs - spicy chilis for garnish
Cooking Time: approximately 1 hour
