I did this once! I'm a super anxious person, but the whole process actually relaxed me for days. I also have horrible adult acne but for some reason it didn't trigger a flare up for me 😊
I don't what kinda oil they use but some oils are antibacterial plus oils breaks down some of the dirt on our faces. For example sunscreen is best cleaned with oil based cleanser. Maybe it cleanse your face.

This is called “shirodhara” and you can find this treatment in a lot of countries like India, Malaysia, Bali, China etc. not sure if they are in western countries though

its a ayurvedic oil. which is made up of coconut oil or sesame oil together with indian ayurvedic medicinal plants. usually more than ten ayurvedic medicinal plants were grinded or extracted their juice for making this practice

That’s a medicated oil. Different oil for different purpose and yes they don’t use the same oil for other person. No it doesn’t cause acne.
When I was looking for a massage place open from where I'm at, they didn't even open til this year so like 5 years later and none open yet, something tells me people are still scared about covid, even though it aint as bad since what 2022 mid year, so I couldn't get a massage or anything and even now I still disappointed they haven't open up, they're probably donkey sh*t at their job anyways from where I live
