23:00 Holy crap this exploit is insane. The ability to catch a stray arrow from a battle and use it to track the direction of the player who shot it at any given moment. It's like digging up a bullet from a warzone and using it to find where the battalion who shot it went.
You can even trigger thorns with an arrow remotely. I don't remember exactly how but the more technical side of Minecraft covers it
Funny part is that they knew the exploit but didn't use it. They just found the spruce base manually. Kenadian said it directly on a stream on his second channel

Some of these comments are taking this a little too seriously. This was just a game and we played our characters for the video. Neither team has any gripes with the other and we stayed friendly throughout the whole event while remaining in our roles. It's just a story to enjoy :]

Team b’s base is so undeniably better than the a’s, the fact that they used a stop sign to stop players from going further is dashing and I honestly think that this is the best castle ever

The fact that it takes 8 months is so bittersweet, like the quality really shows but also waiting 8 months for the next one isn’t gonna be great. Although I’m not suggesting to put less effort into it just to release it sooner.

Welcome back, that was pretty cool! 1bmn was just too strong of a player and calling him as just a jack of all trades seemed to be a bit of an understatement, given that he was pretty much the only one of Team A giving Team B trouble. Speaking of Team A, I didn't even get to know the rest of the players from Team A. With Team B we got glimpses of what the other teammates were doing, which strongly showcased them as a team working together. From the top of my head, I can list Kenadian, Cat, and Dan for Team B. For Team A it's just 1bmn. Branbert was also there and had some cool scenes, like the part when he came to kill the intruders and when he was posing as a distraction, but he and the rest of them could've had more teams to give me more of a reason to root for them. In the clips, 1bmn talks more to the enemy than he does to his own team. I watched the entire video knowing that Team A was gonna win purely based on the resources and manpower that they had, but sided with Team B anyways because I cared about them more and wanted them to beat such unfair odds.
I would love to see this play out again but with less overpowered gear to promote more tactics than just brute forcing it. I really enjoyed the things that Team B came up with to try to compensate, but Team A just had too much. I think the elytras gave too much of an advantage and the netherite tools made the end game go too quickly. It's kind of the problem I have with Minecraft as a whole, in that there isn't a good enough mid game. You can get late game gear so easily, which kind of inflates the value of everything. As shown in the video, the netherite gear made 3 days worth of defense into a mere inconvenience. I'd suggest they be limited to iron armor (perhaps with enchants) so other ways of fighting are viable. Also, the goal should take longer to accomplish. Certain minigames have used a mob with a health bar or an obsidian block (Battledome) because it gives the people being attacked a chance at coming back while also decentivizing people to just charge in without thinking.
Overall, everything else was high quality. I am used to your P2W server videos and it was a pleasant surprise to see this project pop up in my feed. I appreciate the camera work, the captions and team displays, and the little skits in between to highlight the situations between the teams. The little details you add really makes a difference. I wish you the best and to keep up the good work.

Team A were really just doing their assigned jobs on discord. They stayed out of drama. 1bmm was the only one really going out of his way for them. They kinda just watched what was happening and laughed at 1bmm in the process of doing so lol
Happy you’re doing voiceovers on your videos now, I mostly prefer to listen rather than read so this is a big step up. Keep up the great work Horizon, your content has always been entertaining!

Few notes/corrections:
- /Fly was enabled in the build world, but they were still in survival mode.
- it's 1 hour of time for the 1000 players, but a week of preparation for the skilled players; that's the key to make it somewhat possible.
- Both teams had 6 members, but not everyone recorded. Thats why 1bmm was involved with practically everything, he recorded everything, was online all the time, and was involved with the interesting video stuff

Team A may have won the competition, but team B won my sympathy and heart. Idk they were just more entertaining as the trolls they are compared with the sweaty team A. They all played their self assigned roles relly good! You know somesone is good at acting when you start to hate them. Props to everyone! It was very entertaining to watch.
