  • Passengers often bring cabin baggage on board for their comfort and necessities, typically stowing it in the overhead bins above their seats for easy access. Occasionally, due to excess luggage or full flights, these bins may not be available. In the depicted scenario, a young boy attempted to place his luggage in the overhead bin above his seat, unaware that it was already full. Despite the cabin crew’s warnings, he opened the bin, causing bags to fall and inadvertently injuring an elderly passenger seated below. Convincing such passengers about the situation and advising them to follow instructions can be challenging for the cabin crew, yet they handle it efficiently and with empathy.
