These cdjs has a CD slot drive which I prefer than the 3000 version that's newer than the 2000 version. I hope to have some simple CDJ 900s.

Yea, pioneer make sales on old glory, good marketing and market monopoly.. they lost quality they’ve used to have, really cheap parts are inside.. i hope Denon is better, time will tell. I don’t see them as much as pioneer so I can’t say..actually in my country there’s only one older denon cdj on ads wright now
mate, Pioneer setup will be in every club ever. Denon is a second option for people who can't afford Pioneer.

You can change the phase meter by simply tapping over it too.

Do you plan on doing a comparison video between the NXS vs NXS2 (CDJ and DJM) as far as how they really compare to each other and if its worth the upgrade?

I glad that they send RCAs because the DJM750 has no digital in...
Had to change one of mine as it had what I can only describe as a static click...some times clicking twice. The deck was only a few weeks old so after pioneer were contacted the deck was replaced.....the new one was fine.
glad the clubs have to fork the bill for those ridiculously priced things. nice players for sure but damn.

I got a question, do you think Pioneer is overpriced? I know the gear is extremely good but do you think it's really worth $2200? I called Guitar Center to see about picking up a set and the grand total came to $7,158.47, obviously mixer in that price. I think personally maybe the decks are worth $1500 a piece and Pioneer knows they can charge a lot because they will still be bought.
pioneer is definitely overpriced imo. I mean, I may be contradicting myself by saying I believe that you get what you pay for, seeing how CDJs and its mixer are industry standard and durable. But I feel like it's just way too much. If the decks are worth $1500 each, then it should be $500. then again, I don't know how this stuff works. I just think it's expensive af lmao

Hybrid Junkie Nice man! I got to play with a NXS2 Set at my guitar center man I love those big mechanical platters. My tip, just remember when in doubt use the sync button : ^)
if worse comes to worse, I will use sync haha but that's awesome. I wish my guitar center had them out on display but they never do :/

Nice Video Christian!!! I Received my NXS2 setup yesterday and I'm looking forward to your tutorials on this new Pioneer DJ line. Although 2 CDJ's and a DJM (6.3K) a little disappointed on not getting a key license for Rekorbox DJ Plus Pack. ... What do you think?
+MHSG31566 would have been a tough call for pioneer to make on that. Do they put a license in every box? just every DJM box? in my opinion rekordbox DJ should be left to controllers, and CDJs should be used as they are intended, a standalone player. That's it's strength.
+Christian Jackson Couldn't agree more. Especially with these which incorporate the few features that Reordbox had that the old Nexus 2000s didn't. Do you think we'll see an XDJ 1500 (or something) any time soon?
Incidentally you mention you have slip mode on most of the time, why is that? I can't stand it personally.
+Christian Jackson , Yes and you are right on that, but if you notice in the 4.0.7. Rekordbox update Pioneer give us the option of connecting the NXS2 setup via 1 USB to the DJM and from a hub link to 4 CDJ's, and if I'm correct only works with Rekordbox DJ in performance mode, .... rekordbox.com/_app/files/img/rekordbox4_connection_guide_for_performance_mode_20160218_en.pdf
Which means that for us to connect like that we will have to buy the key license, correct?.... have you tried that connection setup yet?.(noticed that you have that license in your DDJ RZ Video)
My god that is one of the biggest things not been able to get rid of your hot queues because my record boxes Won't analyse my tunes telling me to start again but anyway they look sick but I bet they cost a lot and I think I'm okay with what I've got lol

Nx3 has to have a CD slot or else it's not a CDj it would be an Xdj. Plus it would lose support like crazy. My local club still uses that cd slot on a daily basis.

Look at all 3 decks, at 12:39 into the video. Why does the NXS2 have that white haze over the entire waveform on the screen vs the waveform on the nexus deck doesn't have it. Just moved over to the NXS2 from the Nexus and i'm trying to remove it.

i think its that ridiculous price because the main buyers for this stuff is nightclubs who have deep pockets, they know they will pony up easy considering the high profit margins they operate

I came here wondering about CDJ Hype. Not impressed. All these bells and whistles and suckas STILL cant DJ. Ill stick to vinyl were the REAL DJ's are tested. No flashy sync buttons and no annoying screens and all those cluttered un-needed buttons and lights. All that crap wont make you guys better DJ's.
