Hi! We are Eric and Sarah, a couple of Canadians currently travelling around Central America. We’ve been married since 2017 but have known each other since we were only 6 years old! During our last year of university, we spent 4 months in Honduras on a semester abroad and fell in love with Latin America. Since then, we began planning and saving to do an extensive Latin America tour. 2020 delayed those plans by half a year but during this time stuck in BC, we explored a new hobby (like everyone in the pandemic) of videography and photography. We are now using our new skills to document our adventures around South and Central America. Our desire through these videos is to provide helpful and inspiring content for other travelers while also showing people around the world how beautiful Latin America truly is! San Pedro is called. De LITTLE TEL AVIV for the high population if Israelies and Jewish in general , there is I think two Sinagogues and a Hewish Center. Beautyful.

Was just in Guatemala last week doing mission work, watched your video before I left about Antigua - then when I came back you literally post this! Haha my friend just went to this lake. I also hiked Acatenango, don’t know if you’ve done it but it was incredible. Views of Fuego 🔥 an active volcano nearby.

@@EricandSarah No way! That’s incredible. I had to buy some boots at the local market - definitely need the ankle support. And layers and earplugs at night (cold and the volcano goes off all night) - if you stay overnight 👍🏽👍🏽 Praying y’all have a great trip.

Great video! I spent 6 months in Lake Atitlan and there's nothing like those views! You captured them perfectly. With the frequent power outages, San Marcos teaches you patience but is still one of my favorite places. :)

Oh how cool! We went to Puerto Barrios for a bus but that’s it :) And unfortunately we didn’t have time to film a full video in Livingston (and the weather wasn’t ideal either) but we did enjoy exploring the town, 7 altares and Playa Blanca :)

We did fly a drone but no need to register at the lake! :)
@@EricandSarah oh ok cool. There weren't any forms or anything you had to fill out going through customs in the airport when you arrived?
@@opuza530 nope! The only place we had to register to fly the drone was in Antigua (at the local tourism center off the main square). And no drones allowed at Tikal or inside of Semuc Champey.

@@EricandSarah That´s the only thing I don´t miss about Guate. You are hitting the main touristy stuff, but go on the highlands of Quiché. You are not too far from where you are at right now.
Earth quake. 1 death and because of heart attack. Minimal damage throughout the country. Guatemala got lucky….!! 6.8 intensity on Richter scale….!!!
