Seniors’ Lives Improved by Camino Robotics and Tombot

The Healthcare Business Association’s 10th anniversary Vitals conference featured demos by VC-funded companies Camino Robotics and Tombot. Camino co-founder Duncan Orrell-Jones (B.A. ’88) presented his C-stage company’s $3,000 intelligent electric-powered mobility device, which he calls the world’s first Smart Walker. Tombot CEO Tom Stevens (B.A. ’16) explained how his company is developing robotic companion and emotional support animals for seniors with dementia.
