not really because a lot of the replacement axles don't come with
it but don't lose that spacer

Does the whole front end need to be lifted so the assemblies don’t twist? Or can you do it with just lifting the driver side using a scissor jack?

I would lift both sides and put on jackstands to keep everything as high as you
can but you can do it by just lifting one side
