  • WatchBox was established in 2017 to offer a wide range of pre-owned, high-end timepieces to collectors worldwide. Over time, WatchBox has expanded its services beyond e-commerce, becoming a hub for creating and disseminating top-notch educational video content and editorial materials. This includes an extensive collection of video reviews and numerous articles covering various aspects of watch history, the art and science of watchmaking, and the captivating realm of collecting.

Nice interview Wei! I have been a happy customer of Watchbox for many years and bought a lot of watches with them. Always a great experience! However I was disappointed to see they’ve gone with the Rolex certified pre-owned route. Prices for their Rolex are not competitive anymore and the whole “certified” concept is just BS and a lame excuse to inflate price! I don’t see any advantage over how it used to be when Rolex was sold under the Watchbox label. Hope they don’t over-do the 1916 company too much and keep the Watchbox spirit alive!😉
