    1. Manage your time, time is t promised
    2. Observe the mind
    3. Be Still, center yourself to gain a better perspective of what’s important
    4. Relax…before during and after don’t always be on guard
    5. Don’t immediately react, take time to reflect in silence before responding
    6. Learn the art of detachment from people, places, things, habits and thoughts… release familiarity to acquire a new perspective and learn

    I love affirmations. I used this one 100 times a day. “ I can do all things through Christ, which strength me”. Once that is ingrained in your brain, you can never be defeated. Not matter what happens. ✝️✝️✝️✝️✝️✝️✝️✝️✝️

    I need to know what to do..I have been married for over50 years to a man who does not respect or love me. Today he said this to me..."you are more stupid than I thought you were"...😢
    Laughed and walked away. I thought about those cruel words for a minute then I blew!! What I feel is confusion and anger and so couldn't think clearly. We are both dependant on my part time job that I hate but we own a house, so right now I feel like selling and finding another life. But how the hell do I do this at age 75. I know I need to calm down but I really am unhappy and lost. Can you offer me any advice?

      Iam 64yrs old and my husband as betrayed and lied to me.i have tried to work things out but he just remains cruel and silent. I will definitely sell our house and start a new life.i have my self respect back in place. I wish you happiness and hope I find mine.
