Artisan Bread Rolls

  • What to do with the dough after it sets all night. How to shape the rolls and placing on parchment to bake. 2 cups flour, 1 tsp. Salt, 1 tsp. dry Yeast, 1 1/2 cups warm water. Mix all together in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap. Set on counter over night or while you are at work all day. Put dough onto a well floured board. Shape into rolls. Place on parchment paper. Cover and let rise about 30 minutes or so. Preheat oven 425°. Bake about 15 minutes or until nicely golden brown.
