Battlegrounds are actually fun, the issue is that there's no reason to do them anymore after Season of Chosen. They'll actually be an excellent addition to the Strike playlist because there's so damn fast in comparison.

I hate doing battlegrounds. They take so long and then you just get 2 hammer charges
i do like battlegrounds, i just dont like the health gate with the boss. Usually i don't really mind health gates, but it takes so damn long to get rid of it. If bungie could rework the health gate so its more interesting than just "kill all the enemies" than I'm sure the activity would be so much more enjoyable
Nah past seasons high tier umbral focusing drops armour more frequently above 60+ stat total than the current season.

so funny bc bungie did what he whished for
(Crucible) With all relevant mods equipped and armor masterworked, I've found that for Titan a 38 - 70 - 100 - 50 - 50 - 80 is really nice and not super hard to grind to. The best possible total without stasis to mod your stats is 430, so the ideal for a Crucible Titan to me would be 38 - 70 - 100 - 70 - 70 - 80.
I run Bottom Tree Striker anyways so I don't expect to ever get my super in Trials unless I run 70+ Intellect, so if I didn't want/expect to use my super I would make it 40 - 70 - 100 - 100 - 18 - 100.
My stat dist. is slightly different on my Titan for everything. My stats are, roughly, 20; 40; 100; 100; 60; 20 with masterworked armor and mods. No stasis for that either. I use the shorter supers, such as Thundercrash and Sentinel more than anything else, unless I use the church of bonk build, then I crank my strength up to, at most, 70. My warlock is built with even less resil and more int, like 20; 20; 100; 100; 70; 30. Then again, I don't play crucible often.
I’m a titan main who uses guns like Cerberus and extraordinary rendition so having high resilience helps me keep barriers up so I can wait for impatient hunters or warlocks to push
5-6 Resilience master race. I dont personally run really high discipline, but thats cuz i main top tree Arc Strider, so i need the strength more than discipline for the constant healing. The change to the melee cooldown time has made me so happy cuz I was able to drop a lot of mobility to keep everything else pretty high.
I run 100 mobility, 100 recovery, and 100 strength, I get my melee back ever six seconds. I main top tree arcstruder as well. If armor rng goes your way, you should try 100 mobility with 100 strength it’s so good in trials and Quickplay.
I used to run 100 mobility and Strength. I no longer see a point in it with the base dodge cool down nerf, as well as it losing the defensive quality of breaking tracking. I dont spam dodge. Never have.
@@shdwhate1 with top tree arc and the ability kickstart I get my reload dodge back in like 10ish seconds and my melee in like 6 the synergy with weapons with surplus make it sooo good.
I don't use reload dodge. And please, you do not have to tell me how to build a hunter, its been my main for 7 years, and top tree arc strider has been my main since beta. I know what stat caps work best with my play style

I’ve been using all 3 classes since D1, have over 250 raid completions of Crotas end and over 100 raid completions of kings fall. They most definitely won’t add more than 2 destinations in WQ. Frankly I’d be surprised if they added more than one seeing as Mars could only be in the first mission.

You are really underselling the Resilience Stat, Resilience helps with Bubble and Well durability and its so much better in Raids so Rank and File dont hurt nearly as hard.

BGs are great content, honestly it'd be great to see more of them with different races. also, a forge mode in destiny would actually be trash, halo is built with assets intended to be used in forge, destiny isn't, it also doesn't have placeable weapons and too few vehicles for a forge mode to be interesting or good

My personal opinion for what they should do with gambit is to entirely rework it into something new.
I think it should be a 3v3v3 on a large, almost patrol zone-like map where each team is attempting to kill 3 of 5 randomly placed Primeval Envoys (with increased health compared to now) that drop a singular Mote of Darkness. Players can eliminate a specific amount of low level targets to reveal the location of the closest Envoy. It takes 3 Motes of Darkness to summon a Primeval and enemy teams can scavenge these Motes of Darkness off of players by killing them. Any team can damage the Primeval; but a new mechanic is now in place once the Primeval is destroyed: Harvest.
Harvesting occurs after the Primeval is defeated and spawns a singular capture point. Whoever captures the point wins. It takes 1 minute to capture the point and progress is saved in sections of 20 seconds to allow for games to not last for a year if you step off the capture point or are eliminated off of it.
Ever heard of Halo 5 warzone? That's peak PvPvE in my humble opinion. Nothing will ever be better or get close to that.

I've been going hard this season, almost have 1000 lost sectors completed this season. Only missing 7 exotics for my titan that I can't hit tripple 100s with on any subclass. I do agree that recovery is important for pvp, but with all the charged with light mods and well mods we have at our disposal you dont need high recovery for end game pve. You can compensate with healing mods and theres a lot of different ways you can do this on every class. And bruh you should be running 10 recovery, 10 discipline, and 9 intellect for warlock homie 😉

I have 10 recovery 10 intellect and 8 discipline and it is more than enough. Most things besides master vog and stuff you can easily do.
Yea 9 intellect isn’t really needed keeping it to 7 or 8 is prolly the best

Speaking of Gambit, it seems as though people have been cheating in it recently, today my friend and I were winning, our primeval was almost dead, then the enemy spawned theirs in, they took less than a 3rd of its health away, we had about 5 seconds till we would win, then the enemy primeval lost all its health, no one on the enemy team even cast a super

@@Korprevenant Yeah titan hammer can literally one shot the primeval with one hammer with the right setup.
If you have the chance to do worm god's caress hammers you can one shot, if you use synthoceps it's about 2-3 hammers without a debuff. So add in focusing lens or tractor canon and it's ez 1 shot city

T5 Resilience is the minimum amount you should have on a crucible build it saves you from being two tapped by a lot of weapons

Isn't RES optimal like 5 or 6? I can't remember when it was, but I remember running GMs one season and the only way I could survive snipers was with sniper resist, the elemental resist, and 6 RES.
I feel like, in content where it matters, 5 or 6 RES is better than STR or, unless you're a hunter, MOB. Mobility I never go above 3, at least on a warlock, cause it slows your shit down.

7 Resilience with arc resist and sniper resist allows you to tank a shot from the Hollowed Lair boss on gm. Anything under that and he 1 shots you. So there are instances where higher resilience actually does something in pve, just not many lol.
Ya ive been less with my hunter and tanked a full shot but he also can headshot which will kill me under that

If you dont have 5 or more resil you will still get 2 tapped by 120s with frontal assualt or interia override and charged with light. Having 5 resil can help with not getting 2 bodied by high impact reserves on something like the praedyths revenge. Seroiusly my friend gets free kills because most people dont run 5 or more resil. As the meta changes and certain weapons get buffed and others nerfed I think it always good to have 5 resil that way you dont have to worry in the future.
7.25 , I dont think sweaticle has heard of dim yet the destiny item manager, that lets you setup loadouts, or does he know about it but doesnt think its worthwhile to use?
He’s been using DIM for the longest time. He is using it to make the loadouts in this vid. He’s just wanting that to be an in game option
Mobility is overtated on Warlock and titan, for skating less is better. On Hunter it makes sense tho.
Res is pretty nice sometimen, but only realy in pvp.
Intellect sucks now, everything over 60 isnt worth it.
Reminder, thats my opinion.

The white set is from Leviathan a old raid for robes the helm and gloves are both from the raid that gave you the "shadow" title the name escape me atm and boots are T steps

Gambit is fun, I love it more than regular PvP. I’m a PvE main, I HATE PvP because I suck at it lol. But what I don’t like with Gambit is that not a lot of people ar splaying it and the load times are forever. Like I’m trying to finish the seasonal stuff but it’s taking so long. I’m dreading doing the PvP stuff
I farmed the master version for dunes, 4.5 hours later and a lot of MK 44 stand asides, I got a good roll of dunes…

PvP is sooo much better without all the spam
when youre sliping you might want to try letting go of boost right as you go off a ledge to gain much more height and length
He can also keep the boost until the second to last dodge
@@lukeslobodnic4208 again hes going for height and the longer you keep your boost the lower you will end up. If he was going for momentum then that would be a good option except then you could just keep it untill the last dodge.

Gambit is a good idea in concept but the execution is horrible. The snowball effect within each match happens so often that its not even fun for either team. 1 team banks 2-3 blockers at once, invades with heavy, and that decides the match.
The mechanics need to be adjusted so the winning team is not getting the mechanical advantage that should be used to catch up
