Is it just me or the joystick actually sound like the lego build sound from lego video games? That's like one of the best triggers in the world.
When you need to build that wall in Lego Star Wars
When you need to build a water gun in Lego marvel
When you need to build the generators in lego batman
When you need to build that plane in Lego Indiana Jones
Lol i said that on the short
saw the short, was excited for this
Same!
Fr. It was like a movie trailer
@@anastasiskal2608 Yeah , it was like the trailer of one of the best movies
Same
Yuppp
I feel like when he states "Good now" it literally bends reality and now everything is good. Thanks E, for ensuring that at least some of our days are good
Normies: **checks watch** good evening
Chadz: Good now
Literally good now
Everything is good now
its not a greeting its a command
@@nenozak714 ahh so this is why I always sleep to these vids
I like how he does his triggers in a slow calming way for example the crinkling of the Lego bags slowly moving his fingers you barely see that anymore
I agree. Not a fan of the aggressive tapping w coffin nails that seems so popular now. I like that he takes time and care w triggers
It really gives some “pauses” for your ears. It always makes me think of people who talk really fast and don’t really pause their sentences vs people who talk calm and take their time. Guess it works kinda the same.
Yeah it's nice when you even get to see the little things which really makes it that much better to watch
@@shades1349 right like who even decided to start agressive triggers I really don’t watch asmr but Ephemeral Rift is something different and I enjoy it
Agree Is hard to see soft sounds around.
Can we talk about the gorgeous framing of this video? Rift knocks it out of the park every single time.
@@bobo-lu2eftook the words straight outta my mouth 😢🥹
That joystick is truly heavenly
Dint take it over 69, I was going to like, so don’t like other people on the world bc if you like the comment you like men kissing
Holy hell I thought this was just an Atari with a Lego build to add to it not a Lego Atari?! That's soooo god damn cool!
Fun/weird fact: The way the centipede is build, it actually becomes af millipede instead. The difference between the two is the amount of legs on each body segment, a centipede has one pair of legs, whereas the millipede has two pairs on each segment.
Thanks ⭐
K N O W L E D G E
I didn't know that was the difference. You learn something new everyday
Thank you for bequeathing me the knowledge to distinguish between two similar insects. It will help me greatly as i prefer to eat things with a single pair of legs per body segment/section. T.Y.S.M.
@@easterneroupe does that include people? We have one pair of legs per body segment
Amazing video, sadly i’m not old enough to know this device but i can imagine how much joy this must have brought to you back then. Love your videos btw ✌🏼
Name checks out
Absolutely love LEGO in ASMR; hope you do more in the future.

Man the 2600 is such an awesome console. The woodgrain, the switches, especially on the launch edition with the thicker chassis, it may aswell be the sexiest console of all time.
Yeah but them graphics though 😬
I do understand that it doesn’t look nearly as bad on a blurry CRT display, but it really hasn’t aged well in that department.
@@RoughTortoise840
I think alot of 2600 games look fine, my favorite example being Solaris. Some of the games do look admittedly awful but that was usually because of Atari's terrible treatment of developers hence why other studios like Activision made better looking games.
he's so calm compared to the short... unrelated this is splendid to the ears.
Something about the editing here made me think of a video where you are an auctioneer on like antique road show, showing off various eldritch artifacts for sale and giving a sort of run down of information about them while you tap on them and such.
i second this idea
10:28 This level of satisfaction will keep me smiling for the next week. Thankyou
One year ago today we got an amazing Lego vid, one year later we still watch
Sounds like someone is stirring around a glass full of water and ice. Super unique honestly.
This man never runs out of ideas
Bro why would unless he was dead that's all everyone ever says
@@fruitsn4ck "There is no end to the ideas this man has"
Facts bro
I remember when I was younger I'd spend weekends with my grandparents. (This was around 2000.) They had an old Atari system and I'd always play with my grandpa. I don't know what happened to it, but this certainly brought back those memories.
I don’t think I will ever understand the concept of building a ‘console out of little bricks but I do know that my non existent bean limbs would not be able to build such a complicated structure, well done Lord rift👍
Make an ARG immediately 🫡

I think that this is my single favorite contribution to the world of ASMR. This is just so much fun and so relaxing! I’ve been watching this day and night since it came out. I love the variation. I hope you enjoyed creating this nearly as much as I’m enjoying watching it 😁
For some reason squishing the box at 14:18 reminded me of a snowstorm.
Damn, rift you go above and beyond. The shorts are brilliant and the main videos get better every video
I could listen to you tapping and hands tapping together for hours!!
You are literally the best ASMR youtuber I have ever seen, there is no end to your creativity and your enthusiasm is unmatched. Keep up the fantastic work uncle ER 👌
As you said in the preview short before this video aired, I now too also want the joystick in every video. Great stuff Uncle E!
Love the joystick sound
I really appreciate that your videos are nice and long. Helps me fall asleep without needing to find a new video when i'm halfway there.
11:44, you HAVE to make a video with only this trigger. So relaxing.
Yes pls
I had an atari as a kid and this is triggering asmr and tons of nostalgia! Gonna look into this set; it looks amazing!
I have my dads Atari from the late 70’s along with a handful of games. One of them is hockey but with a damaged case from my dad getting mad and throwing it at the wooden panels on the wall
This is the first time ive ever tingled in my LIFE. Would love to hear more Atari joystick sounds!
uncle e is a gamer?
he truly is the coolest guy
Super ready since that short! Glad it's here now! I can enjoy it before I start my streams to help calm my nerves. Much preesh!
This brings me back to my childhood, when I first discovered tingles. Way before I ever knew what ASMR was. Thanks Uncle E!
ETA: gonna try to fall asleep to this but I know I'll probably watch the whole thing, lol.
we love uncle rift
Looking forward to listening to this!
Adventure was a lil before my time but i had an Atari plug in play. I was OBSESSED with that game, always trying to get further and further. On top of the fact I absolutely love legos…..thanks for being around E. Happy napping everyone.
This is what I have been waiting for
another absolute banger, thanks Rift!
This makes me so happy. Thank you
Excited to watch this tonight!!!!!!! Golden content like always!!!!!!!!
Great asmr trigger with the Atari controller, who new?
when you move the joystick around, it sounds like when your character builds something in the Lego games
Agreed it does
I rewatch the Katamino ASMR you made a few years ago quite a bit to help me sleep at night. I think this video may just be my new relaxation one! Fascinating to watch and some great triggers. Also, nice to see the beard growing back ;)
That joystick sounds amazing. I saw it on your short and couldn't wait for this video. I hope you had fun Rift!
Honestly I was thinking the wake thing, if this Lego atari set actually it would've been crazy
Saw the short you made and am so hyped for the triggers in this video
I saw this in my recommended and clicked just off the thumbnail then I realized it was asmr and then I realized it was ephemeral highlight of my day.
Uncle E post=Happy world 💪🏽💪🏽
I have an Atari Flashback and it’s cool to play some older games sometimes. Frogger is definitely my favourite.
that set is most definitely expensive but goodness, it looks incredible
I've calmly been extremely excited about this one
I unknowingly know what your talking about
Love the work as always!
Yesss i saw u do one of these a while ago... im so happy ur doin another lego build, love it
The framing of this intro is fantastic. Wes Anderson eat your heart out.
umesh

I love how a lot of your videos that are similar to mainstream ASMRtists just come about authentically. Instead of just building legos all the time ER thinks oh you know what I like that set this will be interesting for my viewers. And it waaaaaaaas🎉
It was so lovely to listen to. ♥
I hope you do more with the joystick it sounded awesome
Hello,
I love lego, gameing and ASMR. Perfect video, thank you very much 😄👍. Greetings
Joy stick sounds like Bones or bamboo wind chimes. Cool sound
We need more of the joystick uncle E
This idea never runs out of men
IDEA
Woah that's really intricate
You are literally the coolest guy ever
I actually purchased this set very recently and am in the process of building it. I guess its nice to see what the finished product would look like.
Been looking forward to this since the short :)
Woow super early! I love your fallout asmr themed videos and now i love others too!
I just finished building this set, it looks amazing. But man I forgot how much Lego absolutely destroys my fingers.
This is AWESOME.
I am ready for this to be my go to video for slep
Rift ... U know what i want! GIMME MORE JOYSTICK SOUNDS . I was kinda overhyped for this from the shorts yesterday 🤣 . Didnt dissapoint . But please , more long versions . Im drooling as i type to the sounds😭
Waaaaaauw. Tingle paradise! Im new on your channel and Im impressed! 🌟👌🏻
The hype for this one was real
I still have my Atari. Great Video! I love this!
Just watched the short and came on over! About to chill
The Atari 2600 was released in 1976, however the Magnavox Odyssey, the very first video game console with different cartridges, was released in September, 1972, I’m sure Lego would rather put out the classier and more popular console though, which they did.
Love the lego builds
that good now kills me every time😂😂
Im glad lego does stuff like this, it can be so random what neat thing they have some nerds workin on
Now you’re playing with power! Oh wait, wrong console.
Moree lego joystick sounds!!
I love legos Mr. Rift!
So far the best look for uncle E looking handsome as hell!
can't hate this dude 😎
We need a part 2 so we can look at the finished product and perhaps hear relaxing older game sounds
the Atari 2600 was such a magical gaming system when I was a kid. We got ours in 1983 when I was 7 or 8 and the box art for the games were imaginative and exciting. The internet didn't exist back then and gaming magazines weren't yet popular, so every time I went to a friend's house they had games I had never heard of. It was always an "adventure" plugging the game into the system for the first time to see what it was. I actually have a vivid memory of the 1st time I played Adventure, and it was definitely at a friend's house. I had never heard of the game and I thought it was amazing. Still do, actually.
Fun fact (although these days it is common knowledge): Adventure is the 1st known game to contain an easter egg within the game itself. Programmers for Atari weren't allowed to be recognized for their work on games, as they were employees of Atari, so to give Atari the proverbial bird, Warren Robinett wrote his name in a secret room that could only be accessed by dropping several items in a specific room, allowing you to walk through a certain spot in the wall.
lol he actually mentioned this in the video just a few minutes after I posted this comment.
I have always wanted to get a big Lego set like this
I have fat, clumsy hands and exactly zero tolerance for tiny bits and pieces, I have always been incapable of making stuff like this but man I wish I could. This was awesome, I didn't know that Lego set existed. Cheers from a fellow gen X who had an Atari as a kid 🤙
I began playing games on my Leap Frog when I was like 5 lmao. Then Game Cube and eventually moved onto the PS2 and 3, now 4 and HOPEFULLY 5 eventually lmao.
These lego sounds are crazy deep
17% do, yes yes 🙏👍
17% do, yes yes 🙏👍
Let’s go asmr time
Atari 2600 was the first games console I played in the mid 80s when my dad got one. Still an avid gamer now and so is my son at 7 years old.
🙌🙌14 out of 19 do 👍👍👍
Can't Wait To View This Video With My Eyed
I cant get past 10 minutes until i fall asleep! Makes watching the video hard lol but I guess thats the point
That fantastic lego
Mooore vedio asmr lego legoooo asmr legoooo Le gooo asmr!!! Great ER
The Atari 2600 and 7800 alike were my introduction to video games in the 80s. I prefer the graphics and sound of the 7800 but liked that the 2600 still captured one's imagination.
Another good trigger sound is a fidget slug, it makes sort of the same noise as the joystick but less clanky and more fluid
I was literally playing crystal castles earlier, crazy you read my mind!
I love those bag sounds!!
I need a 24 hour loop
