0:40 ready for it
4:04 end game
8:25 i did something bad
12:04 don’t blame me
16:22 delicate
20:22 look what you made me do
24:06 so it goes… (honestly a bop)
29:04 gorgeous
33:01 getaway car (best in the album)
36:57 king of my heart
41:23 dancing with our hands tied
44:46 dress (fan favorite but i don’t like it that much)
49:22 this is why we can’t have nice things (underrated)
52:56 call it what you want
56:25 new year’s day
1:00:35 outro
i did this because i didn’t find anyone doing the timestamps so i decided to help people, you’re welcome. :)
Thank youuuuuuuuu!
because of copyright (ofc they copyrighted) the timestamps changed the beginning of the song
THANK YOU I NEEDED NEW YEARS DAYY
Thanks for the timestamps! I loved watching your genuine reaction to these! I'll say the Reputation tour is no longer on Netflix but there are WAYS, well worth watching for the intro alone. Fireworks, literally. She sings Dancing With Our Hands tied as acoustic with just a guitar and it's just as good! Edit: she has a literal WATER FOUNTAIN on the stage at the end there.
i did something bad is fire in love concerts tho ✨❤️🔥🔥
As a diehard swiftie, one of my favorite little pleasures in life is watching people discover how amazing and talented Taylor truly is and has been for soooooo long. I will be here to watch your journey!! 🫶
Same😂❤
Fr
Dude sammmeeee!! All I’ve been doing lately is watch TS album reactions to watch people convert lol.
sameee lol
@@elizabethunger9190SAME!! Loving these reactions.
Thinking it's time to see the Rep Tour Live (like 3-4 songs back to back), just wanna make sure he picks the best videos for each song!
A few killer music videos would be fun!
"Why she singing like rent's due?" 😂😂
Cuz it was at the time😅
I'm dead. This kid is great.
I’m gone!!! 😂
@@Queenomh13 im screaming😂😂
"Don't ask me why I know Ke$ha!" - sings Lady Gaga hahaha
“I Did Something Bad” was literally made to be heard live. If you liked the album, you’ll go fucking nuts for the tour.
right. i didn't personally like it until i saw her perform it live and then i fell in love with it.
I liked it just listening to it but that silence after “if a man talks shit then I owe him nothing” on the rep tour, top 3 most iconic moments of music history
FINALLY SOME END GAME APPRECIATION!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼 i’m tired of swifties not appreciating it enough 😖
AGREED
FOR SURE
realest
got one of ehr best lines ever oh my god!!! "i bury hatchets but keep maps of where i put em" !!!!
Honestly as a die hard swiftie I love end game
“I Did Something Bad” live is really great!! Check it out! Actually all of these songs live are fire!
This album was meant to be performed live, definitely
Agree!!! This album hits different live
It’s so funny that this was one he didn’t love when the live version of this song is what opens up the TS world for the non-swifties!
Ssoooo trueeeee
Came here to also recommend the live version 😂 IT IS SO FIRE
Okay, Swiftie here, I Did Something Bad and Look What You Made Me Do are both very theatrical songs. Its hard to appreciate them just by listening. You need to watch the Music Video or Live Performances. It really makes the biggest difference!!
I laugh so hard lol Keysha did not make poker face it’s lady gaga 😂 you make me laugh lol😭😭
ive been giggling over this the past few minutes LOL
i started crying😭😭🤣🤣🤣
Actually it's Kesha* 😭😭😭
This Is Why We Can't Have Nice Things is soooooooo underrated and underappreciated!!! It's so condescending and petty but in that amazing Taylor "you started it messy, ima finish it for you clean" way.
The builds and layers, those minor piano keys, so 80s throwback made relevant ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
It's my favorite song to jam out to in the car. 😂❤
The best way to experience I Did Something Bad is live from the Rep Tour. The power behind the live version is crazy.
fun fact: she actually did a parody rap called "Thug Story" her rapper name was T-Swizzle
With T Pain!! 😂 *Chefs kiss*
I feel like people forgot all about T-Swizzle and T-Pain on the same track! ❤❤
@@yashiracruz4357it will live in my mind rent free FOREVER
I still call her T-Swizzle...it's what i named my spotify playlist of her songs after.
@@lildcupcake2011OMG SAME
17:29 when you say “Taylor Swift please make a rap album”, Reputation is the closest she will ever get to making one. She heavily tapped into elements of hip hop and trap production. Which reflect the time it was released, trap music was at the peak of its popularity in the late 2010’s.
23:48 did you know Taylor was an extremely successful Country singer? She has a diamond-selling Country album, “Fearless” (2008). She only crossed over into Pop waaayyy later 😅
44:25 “Dancing with Our Hands Tied” is one of my favs too, it deserves more love!
I’ll end by saying you enjoyed this album, however, the Recording Academy (who usually adores Taylor) shockingly snubbed ‘Reputation’ from the Grammys. It’s likely they didn’t care for the album’s electronic & hip-hop influence, and probably found the lyrics and subject matter weaker than her previous work. They wouldn’t give her Grammys again until she returned to the guitar with the“Folklore” album, which she won ‘Album of the Year’ for.
ANOTHER REUPLOAD LMAO CZcams suck .. this was too good not to enter my playlist lmao. i appreciate everybody who watch and the negative and positive comments keep me going fashoo. again im not a music critic i just want a versitile playlist. can't believe ya'll watching me all i wanted was to find new music cuh. but when she was rapping that shit was so hard 😂. her singing gas i expected nothing less honestly, definetly a top tier album her pen writing TOUGGGGGH WE MIGHT HAVE TO CALL HER TAY MONEY, but comment more artist you want to see from me and also we hit 2k subs WTF bro.
bro love this!!! and how authentic u are. it's cool how much u put into enjoyig new music when some ppl cant do that at alllll
only 2k subs? why isn’t it 200k?
Check out Taylor's movie ALL TOO WELL. There's no other artist I want you to review except TAY MONEY
OLIVIA RODRIGO
@@Bloodmoonwitch13 you’re super late already did her
"I really like pop music." LOL. That is a legit realization. Love it for you.
WHAT KIM AND KANYE DID TO TAYLOR - PART TWO
After Kanye played the song during the live-stream at his fashion show that Thursday, people immediately took to Twitter and it blew up all over social media. The lyrics started another trend on social media as everyone started reacting to them - just as he knew they would. When Taylor heard the actual lyrics to Famous along with everyone else, she knew she'd been played and betrayed. She was outraged. Her brother Austin posted a picture of himself burning his Kanye sneakers. Tree Paine, spokeswoman for Swift, released a statement that same Thursday night, clarifying the facts. According to the statement Tree Paine said, “Kanye did not call for approval, but to ask Taylor to release his single “Famous” on her Twitter account. She declined and cautioned him about releasing a song with such as strong misogynistic message. Taylor was never made aware of the actual lyric, “I made that bitch famous.” The next day, Friday morning, West denied this in his tweet responding to Paine's on Twitter claiming the idea for the line was “Actually something Taylor came up with", another lie causing yet another wave of controversy and headlines.
Unbeknownst to Taylor, by responding publicly, she had played right into West's hands. It was all part of his nefarious masterplan. He was banking on Taylor making her righteous anger public. His whole plan hinged on it. He had made his betrayal particularly underhanded and insulting to ensure, without doubt, that Taylor would react exactly as she did, thereby, unwittingly, setting into motion the scandal, controversy and media storm he was banking on. What ensued was a media frenzy of news stories, gossip, worldwide headlines, interviews and articles that went on and on for months. It also brought back public sympathy for West, allowing him to re-brand himself as the poor innocent victim this time, while casting Taylor as the evil liar and manipulator - a win win.
On February 14, he released Life Of Pablo. His situation had gone from no one caring that he was releasing an album, to everybody talking about him and buying his album to hear the song Famous with its infamous lyrics.
The next night, February 15 at the Grammys, despite not being there, he was the only person everyone was talking about because of his controversial Cosby tweets and insulting lyrics about Taylor. He knew it was going to be a big night for Taylor - she was nominated for nine Grammys that night. She won three, including the highest honour - Grammy for Album of the Year for her brilliant album 1989. Kanye had contrived to steal as much attention away from her big night (and everyone else) as possible by insinuating himself into every conversation, including Taylor’s. In her acceptance speech, she addressed Kanye’s lyrics about making her famous head on without actually mentioning him by name, but everyone knew who she was talking about regardless.
Kanye was, without doubt, ecstatic. His name was on everyone’s lips and he was basking in the glow of the world’s attention again. It didn’t matter to him how he got there. These were the desperate moves of a classless, jealous and mediocre narcissist. Kanye wasn’t afraid of notoriety. If he couldn't get headlines for anything good, he’d settle for outrageously bad. His biggest fear was losing the public’s interest so, he was always looking for ways to “stir the pot.” He had accomplished that in spades.
Unfortunately for Taylor, he had much more up his sleeve where she was concerned. She was the vehicle of his self-promotion. For the next few months, she would become the innocent pawn in his self-promoting machinations. Their names would be inextricably linked. With her Grammy wins and her album’s success there was naturally a lot of attention on Taylor. Unfortunately for her, every time her name was mentioned in articles, for any reason, so was Kanye’s in the same sentence. The scandal surrounding the lyrics to Famous was always lurking in the background. Like a parasite, he benefitted enormously from Taylor’s success and from the success of the lie he had manufactured about her.
Every time the scandal died down, West or Kardashian would resurrect it, milking it for all it was worth. Kardashian gave an interview in Vogue on June 16, 2016, reiterating the false narrative that Taylor was lying, saying about her, "She totally approved that."
The next day, June 17 Kardashian took to social media, adding insult to injury, calling Taylor a snake. Twitter had a meltdown. All of Kim's and Kanye's millions of sycophants tweeted snake emojis at Taylor. The hashtag "Taylor is over party" was the #1 trending thing on Twitter for a while.
A month later, on July 18, 2016, Kardashian leaked the edited recording of the infamous phone conversation setting off another media frenzy, calling it "proof" that Taylor had approved the lyrics and was lying. Taylor herself went on social media to ask, "where in that recording do I approve him calling me a bitch? It doesn't exist because it never happened." Adding further insult to injury, Kanye also released the music video for Famous in July, which included a life-size mannequin of Taylor, putting her naked likeness in bed with him, implying they'd had sex, proving once again, imo, that he is a morally bankrupt douchebag. Ditto his bimbo ex wife "Honey"...hence the line, "This is why we can't have nice things honey"
Taylor went into hiding, disappearing from public view for a year. No one saw her or took a single photo of her. She left her house in capes or was carried out in suitcases by her security. She gave no interviews. Even after Reputation's release, a year later, she gave zero press. She said only one thing: "There will be no explanation, only Reputation."
Five years later, when the entire unedited recording was leaked on social media, proving Taylor that had been telling the truth all along and hence proving that Kim and Kanye had lied - Kardashian dismissed it by tweeting it was old news and that Taylor was just resurrecting the past again, looking for attention, deflecting her culpability in the incident and downplaying that anything of real significance had happened. Neither West, Kardashian or Braun were ever called out or questioned by the media for lying or for the truly evil thing they had done to Taylor. Nevertheless, anyone with a brain took note of their unrepentant manipulation of the media and of Taylor. It clearly revealed that they were not to be trusted. The stunt exposed them for the despicable sleaze bags they really are. Nevertheless, their fans continue to idolize them proving the adage, “It's easier to fool people, than convince them they are being fooled." Mark Twain.
Damn
I wasn’t a big fan of I Did Something Bad either when I first heard it. Then she reformed live at the VMAs and I was absolutely blown away- it was an iconic performance and she managed to make as dynamic on tour as well. Now I think it one of her best songs on this album. I hope you will check out her videos and live performances as well- think you will really love them. She it’s a LOT of $ into her videos.
Thank you girl!!! I’ve been saying this for the longest
Taylor isn’t “Hard”. She’s SOLID . That’s why we’ve been with her! She has been laying bars on bars on bars for three decades. All that said.❤❤❤❤❤❤
Ah yes my favorite Ke$ha song - Poker Face 😂
dancing with our hand tied is so under appreciated, i'm glad you liked it
Not sure if anyone’s mentioned it but!!! When you listen to her albums make sure if there is a Taylor’s Version you choose that one, right now there is a Taylor’s Version of
Fearless
Speak Now
Red
1989
The ones to not have a Taylor’s Version are Debut (yet) Reputation (yet)
Folklore, Evermore, Lover, and Midnights are all owned by her as well!! If you stream the “non Taylor version” it is supporting the people who went behind her back and stole her master albums from her.
Love your reactions!! 🩷
Tbf she still gets royalties when we listen to those versions so it's not taking too much away
Reps is such a transition album it comes out the gate all front, all bravado, and then as it goes on you peel back the layers and get to the insecurities underneath
OMG YES MY FAVORITE IS DANCING WITH OUR HANDS TIED TOO 😭😭
For me, it's a tie with Dress!! ❤
so my favourite thing about learning more about Taylor, was when I started watching her live and studio performances and realised her live voice is even better than her album tracks. There's just something grittier about the sounds and it really works. Especially Rep tour and Long pond sessions
You need to watch the Reputation Stadium Tour movie and hear all these song in live performances. It's the best. Especially King Of My Heart. The giant drums on stage are incredible. It changed how I heard the song after seeing it.
Your reactions to her are so great! I’m loving it! You appreciate her vocals and her lyrics and it’s wonderful
If Reputation TV has vault tracks...and it will...well Im preparing my funeral now cus R.I.P. me. Also its cool that you like the underated songs best. ❤
I almost guarantee you’ll be all in on I Did Something Bad live from the reputation tour. Tracks 1,3,4 are the first three openers and are insane. I listen to the live versions over the album versions.
Most of Taylor Swift's songs are not autobiographical, so you shouldn't assume the "toxicity" is reflective of her past relationships. It's true we have experienced seeing her grow up and mature. She is a true storyteller and has lots of tales to share. Don't forget she also has friends who can share their life and love experiences.
"why she singing she got rent due" LMFAOO i love this guy
you should do a video reaction to are you ready for it, i did something bad, and don't blame me from the reputation tour! the live version of i did something bad is amazinggg!
YES YES YES
saying lwymmd sounds like kesha and then singing poker face by LADY GAGA fkn insane!!!!
LOVE this reaction!! I wasn’t a Taylor fan until I listened to Reputation. I love it so much, and seeing you vibing to it was a lot of fun.
Love watching other black people react to her music because you get itttt🤭😌
dancing with our hands tied is my fav as well so glad to finally see some appreciation
Just found your channel & you are so funny! Love your reactions to my girl tay tay. Thank you 🙏
You’ve got to watch the Redemption tour!!!
Taylor sings every song no lip singing. It’s down right amazing!
Man, great reactions!! You HAVE TO react to "intro + ready for it" live!!!
"hey Taylor Swift make a rap album PLEASE" haha loved that
BRO YOU NEEEEEEED TO LISTEN TO LOVER, MIDNIGHTS AND 1989
I Did Something Bad works beautifully with the stage performance
I really like you. Subscribed. Keep going.
If you want her best pen game/storytelling song, then you need to listen to All Too Well 10 minute version….
you should do Lorde’s Melodrama also. i swear its the album of the century ❤
Poker face is Lady Gaga! 😆
Taylor: “Say my name and everything just STOPS.”
Metri: “😳🤯😳
Omg yes DWOHT appreciation it was an immediate fave of mine too.
love your Reaction so much !!! 🖤
You gotta listen to folklore and evermore, I can tell you like some storytelling so I recommend those
did you watch/react to the reputation tour? So much of these songs are so ELEVATED by the performance, and that completely changes peoples' thoughts on them.
FINALLY SOMEONE WHO APPRECIATES DWOHT AND END GAME 😭🖤🖤
Those songs are fr so fcking underrated
Dancing with our hands tied is my second favorite song off of the album and I love End Game too
IM SO GLAD YOU LOVE SO IT GOES ITS MY FAV ON THE ALBUM
would love to see your reaction to the music videos of this era!
PLEASE react to Tolerate it, it's heartbreaking, but so beautifully written
You’re going to love evermore too!!
damn I had work to do but I sat and watched this the whole way through instead ... instant sub, excited to see what reactions you put out next (I see you've done Reputation and Folklore from Taylor - how about Evermore? also, this is a slightly meme one but I think you'd get a laugh out of 'Thug Story' by Taylor Swift featuring T Pain that they did like 15 years ago)
you are soooooo underrated
This album is her best🔥 all her albums are a journey. Rep just happens to be my favorite journey
23:32 She from Nashville and her first album (Taylor Swift) is country at 100%, fearless has it's country moments too
you have got to react to her music videos. Hers are on another level.
Watch the Lives!!!!! Happy you are discovering her genius
U have to watch “I did something bad” live performance.
I forgot I did something Bad I'd forgotten it bc I didn't care for it either. But then I watched her perform it live at one of the rewards show and it was so different. It went hard. Now I'm obsessed with it but only live.
If you haven’t heard it you have to listen to her song bad blood from 1989 it’s got a Kendrick Lamar feature and it’s so good!!
He'd have to listen to 1989 tv deluxe
I Did Something Bad didn't land too much with me until I saw the live version, and then she got to me - but I totally felt the same the first few times I heard it and so it went on the back burner until the live version.
dancing with our hands tied >>>>>>>>>>>
WHY IS SHE SINGING LIKE RENT'S DUE I'm screaming
love your reactions 😂😂😂 you’re so funny 😅
I did something bad is such a bad b**** song, nothing makes me feel more powerful!
*THE ICONIC COMEBACK ALBUM*
don’t forget portals from melanie lol
OMG loved watching your reactions to all the songs! Keep up the good work!
you must watch king of my heart reputation stadium tour version the full performance is 6 minutes and it’s a VIBE
This is the appropriate response to this album. It’s 🔥!
Dancing with our hands tied simply the best
Her rap alias is actually T-Swizzle 😂 iykyk
i reacted to her and tpain lmao ik
Look what you made me do is SOO much better watching with the music video 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
please please please film a reaction to you watching the reputation stadium tour, its so good!
7:25 I so very highly appreciate you liking this song so much! It will always be a favorite Taylor song of mine, I’d listen to this and “delicate” years ago b4 I was a swiftie. So those 2 and a few from Fearless will always be special to me. But anyways, I just feel like End Game doesn’t get anywhere near enough recognition, it’s FIRE. So thank you for reviewing it so highly!🫶🏻
Your reaction to “Dress” was so me!
he needs to react to midnights
PLEASE DO MORE TAYLORRRRRR
You need to find out the meaning of the album and each song. She’s a genius poet!!
you should fr watch the rep stadium tour
I hope that you revisit all of the songs that you reviewed for their music videos and or live place at her concerts❤
LOVE THIS REACTION
HOPE YOU REACT TO MORE
HOPEFULLY CZcams TREATS THE OTHERS BETTER
I GOT SO CONFUSED SEEING THIS RE-UPLOADED 😂
FINALLY DANCING WITH OUR HANDS TIED APPRECIATION. FAV SONG OF ALL TIME SO UNDERRATED.
Ok wait I vote you react to either lover or speak now next cause different from rep folklore and evermore but SO GOOD
reputation is a no skip album by far
dancing w our hands tied deffinetly best song on the album ngl
Taylor Swift is IT, and Reputation is 🔥
I Did Something Bad (live) IS EVERYTHING!!!!!!!
PLEASE REACT TO MIDNIGHTS BY TAYLOR, AS WELL. YOU'LL LOVE IT. PROMISE!
❤️🥰❤️🥰❤️Dress!!!❤️🥰❤️🥰❤️
Do any hozier album. Very folk/ rock/ rub / blues feels…. Amazing lyricist.
I like it all. She’s versatile as hell. This is one of my favorites. The witch part is awesome.
If you watch the Reputation Stadium tour movie and see the live version of I Did Something Bad it will become one of your favorite songs. Trust me. 😁
I did something bad is great but sounds 10000% better live. It’s a song that is supposed to be performed, it’s wild. Also the making of the song is amazing. Don’t Blame me is amazing live as well.
React to her Debut album!!
YOU HAVE TO WATCH I DID SOMETHING BAD PERFORMANCES!!!!
my favorite is dancing with our hands tied too
So interesting that most dudes I see react to this album don't like/understand "I Did Something Bad" until they see the Reputation tour video. I wonder if the dubstep sound is that off-putting to some people that they can't overcome it without *insane* visuals/dance
