@@julseyssam I still think he played one of the best versions of the character. I wish that finale went on a few episodes and didn't feel so rushed but I loved Gotham!
Its been fun watching him become the Riddler. Now he's darkside I'm just waiting for him to get the name, and see where his character goes from here. Will he continue to be a forensic scientist for much longer?
I've lways had this suspicion that on the show gotham, Ed nygma always has te case and details figured ut before all the police do. And its like a sickness that he has to prove his intellect to them. In the comics(and I hope gotham goes this direction) is that the riddler is actually the smartest and most brilliant in the DC universe. Possessing deductive, logical, and scientific prowess greater than batman, he is just obsessed with having to defeat his opponents in an intellectual challenge.
NazcarFanatic24 I think even more than his love of a good battle of wits is his wanting respect. He became a villain because he cracked after being so unappreciated and humiliated in his work.
NazcarFanatic24 Agree. The Riddler doesn't want power, ambition, money or any of the other ambitions of the rest of the Rogues Gallery. He (briefly) became any ally of Batman and turned private eye solving crimes like a detective. I hope this is explored in the series as it would make a circle: Nobody - Villain - Hero.
Tafami ehhh I think the riddler is too far gone and to "insane" to be a hero, he has killed quite a few people and his pathological need to defeat people intellectually is a character flaw that will be his downfall. And on a side note I've always thought of Batman as Sherlock holmes, and Riddler as Mycroft holmes

his acting is amazing and he is the reason i like riddles and the riddler and i still don't like his costume in batman forever and stuff so please don't choose that old non-modern time costume. PLEASE !!!

He's really good. But it makes me sad because I want to see him as the actual Riddler, fighting Batman, and that's not gonna happen.
Technically Riddler doesn't fight batman because he is weak phisically, but he fights Batman with his schemes, riddles and mind games! :)

He was in a movie with Kristen Stewart called Camp X-Ray. Good movie. Cory fits well as the riddler. I love the casting for all the villains. :-D
