I wholeheartedly believe Michelle’s story. Unfortunately, many people from the Jakes to content creators have taken advantage of and profited from her unfamiliarity with the legal system. In 2024, giants are being exposed. My prayer is that Michelle will start listening, paying attention, and be blessed with discernment to recognize all charlatans, liars, and wolves in sheep’s clothing who serve as impediments in her child custody journey.

Replay… She has to have a teachable spirit. She has so much ammo and fighting against the help. I pulled my two babies out of adoption through those loopholes. Firsthand experience I had no help and helped another mother last Friday to do the same.
I didn’t have money nor an attorney pro se took advantage of everything they play hardball when it comes to your kid and as a mother you have to fight like hell don’t worry about what they say about you just focus on getting him out of harms way.

So what I am taking is that it looks like the divorce is only a "MEDIA" - divorce and is not final, so based on the case and even though the husband is locked up - A protection order and jurisdiction filing can be made, and both children can be removed from the home because of the filing?

After viewing this live. In my unbiased and general opinion as a public spectator. It may appear that initially, the guest relinquished her role as the custodian parent of that said child (per the guest’s stated voluntary omission) by signing the same document twice, unsure if monetary gain was given to the guest/parent. And as of current, is looking into legal options to see how she can regain custody of the minor. If she decides to retain an attorney, then an ethical/skilled attorney will be able to discuss her case in greater depths.
There was a gentleman caller that offered great feedback.
Thank you for leaving this reply under my comment. This is a well-thoughtful and well-gestured reflection. Within that context, I have to admit - it comes with great hesitation of the said “feedback” of the “one” gentleman caller who voluntarily gave his “specific” and “directive” legal advice in such a public “procedural” manner for the “specific guest/parent.” As a general public spectator of this forum, I don’t know if the caller is in the legal profession, If so. Then, certain feedback (i.e. a hint of specific “not general” legal advice/strategies) should not be disclosed openly (especially if the guest/parent has retained the caller as their ethical/skilled attorney, if applicable).
Just that general rule of thumb - It’s that client/attorney confidentiality that plays a significant role in the guest/parent’s legal status. I pray my comment is greatly understood, in that have an amazing day.
