The only way to react to that guy was to give him support. “This is when you could have an appointment with this or that officer.” If the Chief cant be bothered, at least give him an appointment with someone or ask what his exact problem is. Cops only get basic training for fighting and control work. There’s a company you can donate money to that allows police officers to get training in martial arts for free in their off time
