- The arrest of the suspected killer in Rachel Morin's murder is prompting a nationwide conversation surrounding border policies.
Victor Martinez-Hernandez, an undocumented migrant from El Salvador, arrived at Martin State Airport Thursday afternoon in the custody of Harford County Sheriff's deputies and federal immigration officials.
