  • This is part 1 of building a customers Polaris RZR Turbo S into a race car so he can race VORRA in 2023! What I'm doing is building him a custom WIY (weld it yourself) cage from LSK Suspension. These kits are great, easy and convenient. It needed a little tweaking and customizing but I was able to get it done.

Good to see you back at it but with something extra! Hope all goes smoothly! Like how the cage looks compared to stock! Great start, good luck!👍😉🤘

Thanks Jeff! Life’s been crazy, so I haven’t had the time to film but hopefully I can find more time to make more videos for you guys! Thanks for sticking with me. 🍻

Do you tack the cage to the bungs, take the cage off and weld? I would be worried the cage wouldnt fit back on after that?

For the most part yes. What I do is go through and tack weld everything, making sure all tubes fit nicely, square and nothing is being pulled out of place. Once everything is tacked in place I start welding on the car the spots that I can, working my way around the cage making sure not to concentrate on one specific area for too long. (Corner to corner / side to side) Once that’s all done, I pull the cage and finish weld everything. Seems to work good for me and never seems to tweak the cage at all. Fits perfectly every time!
