NCA Exams are not required if you don't want to practice law.
Hello I’m a Indian law graduate if I take a paralegal course should I still take up this additional course for the NCA AND taking paralegal diploma and then registering with NCA is it good?
Paralegal courses and NCA Exams are two different paths. NCA Exams are for people who want to become lawyers in Canada.
Is there a certain length (like a page or number of paragraphs) that the essay questions should be compared to problem questions? Or for question worth 30 points versus 10-20 points?

So Ive recently received my NCA assessment, i plan on giving the exams soon but to be honest im clueless as to how one can start studying, feom where do we get the study material and various other queries. Mam is NCA exam necessary for BALLB pass out students for doing any kind of legal work in CANADA?
NCA Exams are necessary if you want practice as a lawyer in Canada. You can work as a legal assistant, contract analyst etc without NCA exams.

And is Canadian immigration lawyer who is from India first needs to give NCA exam is it mandatory madam!?
Yes in order to become a lawyer in Canada, you have to write NCA Exams.
Is it ok to prepare our own notes from books? will it be too much time consuming and requires more attention and investment over all? I have 2 exams in jan 2022 and I dont even have books yet so just entertaining this thought. Please share your opinion. Also, why dont you sell your notes or books available? I looked at your website but in vain.
