That's attempted murder. He better get plenty of time. He's dangerous to society. And the fact he was injecting those chemicals into they apartment with their baby there says it all. No conscious whatsoever!
He's insane and evil. The charges are not in alignment with the crime he committed. Three counts of attempted murder. So sad! They are crazy for staying there, get out!

I was living with my siste, her husband and kids and discovered that the husband was putting poisonous substance in my food.
The man is caught on camera doing the crime. At what point do we stop saying “allegedly”? Some ppl are just wicked…
I guess allegedly because they saw him once and also because they may not have any evidence of what he put under there...or if it caused the problems they were having. Idk.

I think it’s also to keep from being sued for slander. Until it goes through the legal system and there’s a final verdict, you should always use vague language to protect yourself. It’s insane that we have to do that if someone is literally on camera doing something. But better to be safe than to have the perpetrator get away with it.

I've wondered the same with multiple crime scenes on video. Hope there is follow up on the outcome of this case and punishment the evil guy receives.
This hurts my heart to know someone so evil can do this to this family. I am glad he was proactive to put up a camera to caught this evil person. I hope this family receives restitution.

This is very disturbing. I hope the criminal get a lot of time in prison. He's a dangerous person.
He’s obviously a sick person, to do this. And by sick, I mean he has some kind of mental disorder.
Extremely serious and is only different from the case of the mass murderer who puts on body armor and shoots and kills dozens of people, in the fact that the murderer is undercover.
Who knows what effect those chemicals has had upon everyone, including that infant, who has set foot in that house. I can't believe they're still living in it. Seems to me that the State is responsible to move that family from that house!
What community would ever want him in it? This is him being caught, how many other wicked things do you think he's committed undetected? Trust this is not his first, they need to investigate and see if he's left a trail of sick or dead people along his life, co-workers, fellow students/classmates, roommates, previous neighbors, family, etc.

This is sickening! Tam is correct. Opioids don’t cause hair loss. WTH was in that tiny syringe 💉 that was strong enough to cover the air of an entire apartment? That neighbor is a damn terrorist and should be charged with attempted murder. He was definitely trying to kill this beautiful family. I shudder to think what else was in that neighbor’s unibomber residential lab.

He is a Chemistry TA and PhD student at his University (I think UCF). The chemical could be absolutely anything

Right!! The complex should have given them another unit to live in. And their apt needs to be deep cleaned and sanitized, carpet ripped up and replaced BEFORE leasing another tenant.

With a private home, you won’t have to be on pins & needles… yes you still have neighbors but there are more precautions you can take, like a fence… it’s more open, so you can be friendly with neighbors and they can look out for you

I am so glad that he placed a hidden camera and caught this miserable creep. My wish is for this gentleman and his wife purchase a home so they will never have this problem ever again. I hope they all heal quickly and enjoy life.

Dear Tamron I am so, so glad you did this. This the most horrific thing I have ever seen and msm is hardly paying any attention to it and the police department acts as if they something they're not telling. This thing looks nothing short of attempted mrdr from someone who looks very comfortable in doing what he did. Pleas stay on this story. Who is this man and where did he come from?? What kind of job does he have that he can get free access to that type of substance?? I too have NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE.

Why has the landlord not offered them another unit to stay in? It can’t be safe to stay there. In addition to the trauma they have experienced. Maybe I’m missing something here.
I'm hoping the landlord at least got their carpet cleaned by that door. The carpet might just need to come up all together.

Prayers for this sweet family that they will be ok, and that the man who did this will be punished, my son and I just moved 3 weeks ago to a new place after having people above us doing Lord only knows what , chemical smell, and partying and all of it coming into my apartment, I literally slept in a tent on my bed trying not to be sick, ( landlord didn’t care) after 3 weeks of inhaling clean air I finally woke up feeling good this morning ❤

I wish you could do a video about Stalker or Gang Stalkers who's harrassing and intimidating seniors or vulnerable people who cant afford to pack up and move (sometimes with the Rental or Mgt Co permission)

The landlord should have given them a new unit, put new carpet in the unit, and taken any other necessary mesaures. However the landlord did do a number of things to correct the problem. For example, he or she changed out the hot watee tank, clean the duct vents and other things. Great landlord that cares about his tenants ❤
What a shame. I have experienced this myself and unfortunately couldn't afford wi-fi and a camera at the time to find who was doing this. It's extremely traumatic and these people got away with it.

I was HEATED when I saw this on the news.
This story is literally the stuff of nightmares, we have all had a crazy neighbor but this is another level! I can't believe he did this knowing they have a little baby inside. To make it worse he used his educational background for evil.

Horrible! I’ve had some great neighbors and some terrible ones but this is soo horrific. Glad they caught this creep but what if 😬 Cameras everywhere in full view and hidden are such an important asset to your home security - can’t be too careful these days.
My heart goes out to them because I myself has experienced similar stalking experiences in past years and unless you have lived this horror you would think that it things like this don't happen but it really does. Keep them in prayer for their healing.
For the ones that need to get evidence of such cruelty Just know that any material or cloth such as carpet and paint on the walls can be tested as well to get these mentally sick people locked up.
