Me!!!
Get Matti for an interview.
Casey Neistat, pleaseee!!
Matthew Littlewood!
🙋♂️
“Without honest critique you’ll never grow!” Truth.
Hello want to see your work
I want to see your work
Samuel Serubiri you can see some of my work on my channel.
What's your channel called
@Syncreer lmao this is funny man
"DO you guys wanna see a studio tour?!!!!!!!!"" Really, I have been waiting for one ever since the first reveal!
❤️
Yes please!
No brainer.
Doooo it....
I hope he will!!... With Done.. done... Gerald Undone.. hez crazy... 😜😂
That was great to listen to! Alen that wasp story is mental. Peter, noise reduction came out handy funny enough if you ended up with a small JPG :O
why did you wrote this 2 times?!
This was one of my favorite videos you've made, besides "The Bucket Shot" I love hearing stories behind photo and these were all great. I can't wait for the next episode.
I don't really listen to podcasts or similar stuff, and I don't know how... but I watched the whole video! Amazing stuff!
The stories behind the photos were epic 👌
Hi laptop guy!!
Your channel is amazing!!! Keep up the good work!!👌👌
❤️
This is a surprise, but a welcome one
LOVED this conversation! Such a cool series man
❤️E
The story about the tea is a wonderful example of opportunities for connection. Learning a bit about someone’s life is a much more captivating history for a photographer and those experiences will never leave you.
it's one of those videos where you forget that it's a 43.08 mins long vid!
Of course we want to see a studio tour! I'm excited to see it!
This has the soothing interview banter of a podcast... where you could just binge a series like this in the background while doing something else... but it’s a video cast... and I want more... so now I’m glued to the screen and I can’t get away 😂😭
I absolutely love how you guys talk about taking pictures! I can literally feel the excitement in your voice, that "I just love taking photos" hit my soul, I love this channle so much, Ican never get enough. I hope to one day be as good as you with my photography and videos
when travel is possible again we need to see Thomas Heaton on here, mainly cuz I love both of you but also because of how different your and his approach to photography are. As well as how much different his style of photos is from yours.
I agree, get T-heat on here
And Sean Tucker 😍
Thomas Heaton would be nothing short of epic
You’ve inspired me to buy my first camera about 4 years ago. I’m only 16 now, and I’m getting paid client work, doing what I love, because of you!
that's awesome! do you have them on IG so I can check them out?
What's your ig bro let me see
Cool, but why don't you have a profile picture that you created yourself? That picture is definitely not yours.
How did you get started?
Dude amazing that you're getting paid already. I'm also 16 but I can't escape my responsibilities as a student
The chemistry between you two legends is insane! Smiling through this podcast. Thank you, thank you!
They are talking legendary things here, me sitting asking myself what I am doing with my life.
Dude, there is soo much freedom vibe in Your videos that I feel more free while I'm watching. It's so great, motivates me to become free of 9-5 work schedule. Thanks a lot for everything!
Absolutely loved hearing these stories. The rings signifying taking a chance on yourself, commitment to going back for the leaf fall, and Pemberton ice cap jpegs (which are stunning and would love too see this place for myself)- hearing all of it makes me fall more in love with photography. Its the adventure that drew me to it and will keep me forever.
Major inspiration for me. I didn’t know how much I needed this it really sucked me and I kept me there. Covid makes me want to travel and take photos and videos even more!!!
This is a great new series! Love hearing the stories, it’s making me think of stories behind my photos and it’s fun to reminisce.
In depth Studio Tour NEEDED!! Seriously digging this podcast type thing! Great information and highly entertaining... Also, I appreciate you looking at the camera cause it makes me feel lile I'm there in the conversation with you both.
We need this series to live on forever. So intriguing and such an abundance of experience with professional insight. Can't wait for the next one! P.s. hell yes to a studio tour.
This is probably one of my most favorite videos I've seen in a long time. It made my creative juices start to flow more than ever before and I felt like I was getting an inside look into like the two masters. Thank you and I can't wait for more of this series!
love the video! feels a bit like a podcast, chill interview that explains alot of how you get to a certain snap of a moment. Makes you forget about all the shit that happens and keep going for that 1 shot.
I just want to say thank you so much. You've inspired me so much and trying to bring cinematography into the drum world is not easy, but you give excellent advice on how to make the work just flow. I knew ever since I saw that AVA album in your old videos, that you were a dope dude, haha. Seriously, thank you. I really hope to cross paths with you one day.
Here is an idea. You should do like this short film/ vlogs, somewhat like the bucket shot. Where you shoot your whole journey of taking a photo (building up hype) and reveal the final photo at the end.
I think it would make an amazing series. ✌️
❤️
that would become very repetitive very quickly
When we look close both; peter and alen has that vibe...of their respective creations (photos) - I just feel it some how...so amazing!
I'm watching you video by video, but I never commented. Until today. This video is great, the way you talk, the way your stories connect, the way we see/hear you, everything is perfect! Good job, guys! ❤️
I’m glad to hear even professional photographers make mistakes because a photographer friend that taught me is always giving me crap for any mistakes as a beginner
Drinks + Photos = GOOD TIMES 💪🏼
Bro! This is so great of a conversation. The stories really give the impression that we are along for the ride.
Oh lord the world needs more of this kind of content. More on the WHY and less on the HOW. You manage the hows by doing, and you need your why to keep on doing it. You are both such an inspiration!
Just a great, honest conversation, loved it!!!
This is going to be a cool series. can’t wait for more!!!!
In an era of quick vids to keep people’s attention I’m so pumped to see a 45 min vlog! Had to double take just to make sure I wasn’t seeing stuff. So great to get some in depth P McKinnon and friends, really awesome to hear the stories behind the images. Look forward to the next installment!
This is absolutely the best conversation I've ever heard about photography and photos! Luv'd it
Peter: That’s smooth (as he visibly appears to be in pain)
Seeing Allen in the intro has me SO PUMPED for this video! The guy is guy is one of the best!
I enjoyed this video of the conversations between the people I admire the most in the photography and videography .
Love this new format! So great to hear some of the back story of your shared photos. Yes,, it would be great to see a tour of your studio. Thanks for all of the tutorials and videos. You've ignited a new passion for photography in my life!
This is such a great concept. I'm excited to see other episodes.
Also, how many seconds before sponsorships for the drinks start rolling in 😁.
Privacy and respect to photography beyond IG feeds. Thank you for making this video talk, Pete.
This is great. It makes me think of any stories I might have about an image I've taken, but also makes me consider how I'd approach other shots.
WOW so many powerful lessons or life phrases that inspire me... "t’s the story of how I got the photo and the people I’ve met along the way." and 'making a vow myself to move forward and do things that make me happy' kind of mindsets. Thank you for this long video!
I enjoyed this. Listened to it while doing my own edits. 😌 Great stories!
Yes! Long form conversation combined with photography. This is great!
I remember seeing alen off this channel years ago, and its great to see you both again in a video. Also really enjoying the podcast! x2 with the matti & pete show what a spoiled week not to mention its a f1 race weekend! Also studio tour!
I LOOOOVED the conversation! Alen is one of my most favourite photographers of all time and it was so nice to see a genuine conversation between two friends who share a deep love for the art of photography.
I'd love to see a full studio tour, Peter.
🏎️ for Palander
post these as a podcast on spotify

@@himanikumari4745 A blog.
You two are such incredible storytellers! Such a dope series idea, looking forward to more of these chats
A sit down with a friend & tell some stories about the photos/adventures that was chill, love that😊
STUDIO TOUR... and also, this may work as a podcast ;thinking emoji;
Idk why but i always get motivated by his videos. Like he is doing so good and what am I doing with my life.
Damnnnn, this video is crazy good! Love the conversation, dude. Just how both of you address the camera, ouuuuuuuff, gets ya. Love watching you to get little knacks and info, keep it real Pete
This was INCREDIBLE! I can't wait for the next episode. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and getting me excited to do something again myself. It's been a rough year and you help with every video.
24:03 "I shot them all in small Jpeg" I feel your pain. I did that with Mesa arch after having got up at 3:30 am to get there for the sunrise. I cried.
Can we name this: Behind The Frame
... because, you know, like behind the scenes but with photos.. and photos get framed.. I think you get it.
A photo IS a frame
what about the "scene of the frame"
loved this, really cool to see these banger pics and hearing the stories behind them. It would be great to see more of Alan and that studio tour has to happen!
Just what I've needed! Didn't even knew that this video would be a podcast but your storys are making me wanna go out and shoot. Thanks guys. :)
Peter you'll never read this but I wanted to say thank you for igniting my love of photography after 10 years away, for teaching me light room techniques that have amazed me and moved my photos to another level, for your enthusiasm and encouragement to us all..... Thank you .....P.S Loved this video and look forward to the next one.
Hey Peter, you're the one who inspired me to continue photography. I started taking photos 2 years ago but didn't have great pictures and took a break. 2 months ago, I watched some of your videos of photography and now (with your guides and inspiration to continue) some of my pictures are on istock.
Yessss! Studio tour. Would also love to see Gerald Undone visit your studio too.
Really enjoyed this, you guys have a genuine friendship thats great to watch. Can't wait to see more
Studio tour - Yes
More videos with him - definitely yes
We all know, "It's not the size of your jpeg, its how you use it."
Man this was the best series to watch during my morning coffee! Definitely keep these up ! Thanks for inspiring always Pete !
What an amazing series you’re starting. I ❤️ the stories behind a shot. Epic 🤙🏼. What an awesome 1st Ep.! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
I'd love to have this on Spotify and google podcasts
Pete: "Comment below if you want to see a studio tour" Everyone else dying to see: "YESSSSSSS PLEASE SHOW IT!!!"
Love hearing you guys talk about your shots, keep this series going man! Also that shot at 39:34 is just insane, literally every time I see that thumbnail in my feed I stop to admire it for a little.
One day i will meet you peter! My bucket list lol
Never have I ever watched a 40 min video and felt like wait, that's it? I want more
Yes to you doing a studio tour! Loved hearing the stories behind the photos.
I love how I found you through Jesse from Still it, but when I saw the photo of Chris, I actually got super happy!! I’ve watched Chris’s videos for years, and they way you talked about that photo and moment in life where it changed for you is so beautiful and that’s why I love photography. That moment/memory that’s captured
When you guys were talking about sky replacements I really thought Alen was gonna say “I wouldn’t put a blue mountain in a desert”
In Utah, there is seriously a mountain in the desert just like his photoshop photo. It’s not as crazy as everyone thinks!!
Do not seek praise, seek criticism. ~forgot who said it but yeah
This was so cool! I really like the idea of a video podcast, chatting about, and looking at photos. Congrats on a wicked episode one. I'm looking forward to the next episode.
I love this, been waiting for something like this. Backstory to your art. Made my day
Two words: *Mountain Portrait*
Amazing stories ❤️& pictures
Awesome video. Loved the stories behind the shots. Love to see a video of the tour of your studio. It looks awesome!
Man, We'd love more of this kind of content! That's awesome! And yeah I want that dope studio tour.
Best to make mistakes early on when you don't have much to lose ✨
If you're into self improvement, you'll find my videos useful 😊
@@YashBhatter I have come across your channel before when you had one video only
Now you are making much better videos!
You'll be on top one day!

Well, see Alan Palander is how unprepared, and ready for any task.
Loved it!! Great idea, the conversation was so natural and it was fun to watch! Thanks!
Love this new format! It was so relaxing. So calm. Loved it. Can't wait for the next one.
My 43:08 gone but felt it was the typical 2min Tuesday
I need some photography bros like this down in Houston 😂 where’s the squad?
oh YEAHHHHHHH
Lol I'm from Houston. I'm still learning the skills but I'm down to network. Whats your social media? Mine is @brian.nicholas_
Yes! Studio tour please. I love the aesthetic of your office and I want to see more.
I love this new podcast you should definitely keep it going. It actually helped me figure out the direction I want to take my photography moving forward
I'm surprised Pete hasn't done a live and tried to break CZcams. Maybe after the next camera drop, you go live right after the announcement 😂
43 minute video, posted 14 mins ago and 6 dislikes.... so happy they judged after watching the whole thing.... muppets!!!!
obviously they watched in x120 Speed. No Seriously. I thought: "don´t have time for 43 min Video..." But it was totally worth it!. Great storys!
This was a great video and story. Thanks for sharing and I'm looking forward to the next of this series!
Really enjoyed this! Two of my absolute favorite photographers and my daily inspiration.
Becki and Chris next please!
Oh and studio tour?? Yess Puhleeaasee!!!
Did anyone else notice they're wearing the same rings?
yes! what's up with that 👀
@@NicolajVR they're married! (No, watch the video, he mentions it somewhere around the 20 minute mark)
