Here is what you won’t see in ITV’s latest film, ’The Real Stonehouse’. John Stonehouse (former Labour MP and spy who faked his own death) talking about his trial on our show After Dark. His daughter, Julia Stonehouse, appeared on it years later along with politicians Ken Livingstone and Edwina Currie.
John Stonehouse appeared in the After Dark pilot episode ‘Prison’ in 1987. Julia Stonehouse appeared in the Series 3 After Dark episode ‘What Makes Our MPs Run?’ in 1989.
