We get asked a lot about what we use to capture our old videotapes. This thing works very well and you don't need a computer to use it: amzn.to/39Z685i
It's pretty wild that folks are interested to what I'm up to these days. I've gotten so many messages and inboxes from the video, it's really hard to know where to start.
Just found your vid today
You seems to be the kind of Guy that i would enjoy to be his friend... Love from Brazil đ§đ·đ§đ·
You've finally got the following you wanted. kinda ...Better late than never!!đ
It's because for me I see myself and my best friend doing the same stupid shit. It's a great flashback.
This is so cool. Makes me want to reach back out to my friends growing up. Digging this channel.
Everyone asks, âWhereâs Larryâ? No one asks, âHowâs Larryâ?
you are absolutely right! in fact the problem is that the web has not generated (at least in large part) care and sincere interest, but just curiosity.
Where encompasses how
What's your point? Go make your own video and ask "how's Larry". Man, do I ever feel guilty for wondering "where's Larry" instead of "how's Larry". Here's a better one: "who is Larry? Why should I give a fuck why is Larry Larry?" Get bent.
@@skyscraper7474 ah yes, we should get deeply involved with every stranger we see on CZcams that reminds us of the good old days from the 80s. Are you for real?

How can Larry say he was a little embarrased?
I am 24 years old now and when I saw that video I could bet he was the coolest kid in the neighborhood BY FAR. I mean, he liked Metal, he had style, he was friendly and knew cool places... besides he was charismatic and by no means bad looking.

And then he said he bought Iron Maiden records just because he liked the way the cover looked. Wow.
I think Larry reminds everybody of that good friend they had back in the daze....
100%
Or they WERE that friend lmao
Yes!
Larry needs to breakout his records and show us what he has from back in the day
I second that
Larry definitely needs his own video going through his record collection and eating candy.
Oh hell yes! I bet he might have enough to do a series! He could call it "Larry's Vinyls."
I thought it was an interesting trip through time. Thank you for posting the vintage video and this follow up! I also hope everyone is doing well and are safe and healthy.
Does the guys still jam out to metal? What do they think of the metal bands that are out there now putting out new music and touring (Obviously when covid-19 is done with they can tour again... And hopefully it will be soon...!)
If they have not melted in his garage
most all are in my collection. iâll get around to making a vid showcasing it w hom
Why do we care what happened to Larry ??? Because like him, the 80s were probably the best time for the lives of all the people that saw that video. He did what we were doing. He was us, we were him. I remember we had a band with a logo and even had band meetings but none of us actually knew how to play anything. We used to sit around and make plans and even had friends who were going to be our roadies and girls at our school who were official groupies for when we finally learned to play and had an actual "gig" but, of course, it never happened, lol. Man, I miss being a dumb "metal head" kid in the 80's.
Hahahahaha!!! Sounds all too familiar! Cheers! -D
Ha! I did the same exact thing with my buddies here in Brazil. We spent hours working on album covers... we could barely play.
I remember seeing Motley Crue on the Girls, Girls, Girls tour. It was my first real concert. 1 was 15 and I can still remember it like it was a few years ago. No one had a cell phone. Larry could sell online Zoom tickets and a virtual streaming concert it would be a whole thing. Never advertise for free.
My husband and I were talking about this last night. It was a great time to be a kid. I was on the west coast and knew a lot of famous band members. There were lots of clubs they played in when they were just starting and I had a fake I.D. We did all kinds of crazy stuff. Best time musically. We were happy.
