This is what she deserves! She's undeniably been a huge inspiration for so many young artists worldwide. I also love her 2001 photograph at the Hollywood Walk of Fame when she came to LA for this first time to work on "Let Go"! 🥰
The way she doesn't get even slightly embarrassed from dropping the photo and just happily continues shows how cool and chill she is. I aspire to be like that.
Avril is a pop punk pioneer, and all the latest female artists say so. She was cute, cool, and had the gonads to do it her way....despite what the record company wanted. Simply one of the best voices ever, and one of the most relatable celebrities eva. Rock on girl !
I would say she is more pop rock than pop punk. Pop punk artists are bands like Paramore, Blink-182, and so on.

Avril is so down to earth. She acknowledges her family, friends & fan's, a little humility goes a long way. Give respect, get respect, it's that simple. Good for her, she earned it.
she does look and sound humble, and even comes off as a humble girl like any other Canadians. But i think she is proud as a peacock when it comes to her love life, i think she is narcissistic a little bit, and on top of that being that gorgeous and cute, she might feel entitled to some degree, probably explain why she always date really ugly guys.
I thought she was already on there. She was 1 of the artists that shaped me as a teen. Glad she got added on there, she earned it.
I was surprised she didn't already have one. My first thought was, "What? She's just getting it now?" She absolutely deserves it. So proud of her and happy for her.
