Eri i was thinking build a house with 10 rooms 1 kitchen dining and bathroom and rent it out can make easily 100.000 € per year am i right before bills
I am not sure if 1 kitchen would be sufficient 😅

Couples ka monthly expenses max kitna jata hai for any typical Indian family.
Depends from family to family and their lifestyle. Anywhere around 1800-2000 Euros in a small rented apartment like 1BHK.
