This battleshock idea is how my play group has been playing it. It changes games thoroughly and makes tyranids actually a pretty solid army.

Every time you watch one of their games and hear 'Can you reroll to see if it explodes?' finish your drink.
The popping sound reminds of when you have a bad connection on cable jacks, with dust or rust/corrosion build up. Try and pull out all the audio jacks on the main system one at a time and check if they are damaged, at this point I doubt it is mic related.

can someone explain to me how in the rules regarding the 0 damage into 1 damage 1:37:00 works and if it works with sb into bullgryn with their minus 1 damage?
Order of operations: Set > Multiply/Divide > plus/minus. So if you set damage from 10 to 0 then you half then add or minus. I don't know what SB is sorry.

Am I the only one who realized that when the tau’naur first shoots nick got an extra wound against the land raider. His rerolled 1 dice hit another and turned it into a 5 to wound. Should have only been 3 wounds not 4.

I thought you could only ever get a +1 or -1 total on modifiers e.g. armour of contempt and cover wouldn't stack? 58:16
armor of contempt reduces the AP of the attacker's weapon. It doesn't interact with the stratagem user's unit it interacts with their opponent's weapon.
I believe that's only for hit and wound rolls
Armour of contempt reduces AP of the weapon targeting you. Cover improves the Armour save. Technically they are 2 different things.

don't play a ld6 army you'll find that battle-shock is very effective! My Votann hate it lol.
Poor Tau never get a fair map, everything is a cover-heavy city environment these days

I'd wish they would make Forge world units playable. Like for example Ta'unar is soooo bad. Like for real, soooo bad... I'd wish it would pack more damage/weapons for his cost. Same as Stormsurge, they should be expensive but worth it. I hope one day GW realises how worthy and amount of revenue they would get by making FW units playable/competitive

Agreed 100% I love watching Tau games but I have not been able to devote like 9 hours to watching all the "live" gameplays...

Absolute worst weapon choices for the taunar. Who made this list by the way it’s awful. Poor nick having to play with that
