Hi! Thank you so much for watching! As far as I know none of the Calia products will lighten hair color. Unfortunately to lighten hair color it normally requires chemicals. The last product that I held up was the body wash bottle just to show the slogan on the bottle. Hope this helps! 🤗
I do not know what happened to my hair but it is so dry from the mid section down especially the top layer...it is broken all over even underneath I do not color bleach heat or process my hair at all in any way. For Biblical reasons I cover my hair but I will not listen to the argument that covering is what is causing this problem because I know many woman who cover and have Thicke long silky hair. I was taking biotion and keratin but I think things got worse during that time. My scalp itches after shampooing and conditioning I use cool water to do both. Please if anyone has any ideas please feel free to share ESPECIALLY if you have or have had this problem. Thank you so much!

Sandali Sanuthya hi! I don’t know how it would react with rebonded hair. All I can say is my hair has some damage from bleaching and it has improved my hair. Though I would suggest if you have very dry, damaged hair to try their hydrating line for more moisture 🤗
Calia recommends you first try the Purifying Rosemary dry or normal/oily shampoo and conditioner before switching to a different kind. The Purifying shampoo/conditioner help remove residue and rebalance the scalp and hair after using other products. I've been looking into this one myself, but this is what I recently read. Just thought I'd share!
Karie AYLESWORTH hi! Yes it does! It’s surprisingly really good at getting oil out. I use coconut oil in my hair and then I shampoo twice with this and all the oils out without making my hair brittle.
Yes! I was so surprised. I thought Calia is one of those heavy "no poo" movement shampoos that doesn't lather well. I use henna, castor with coconut oil, or Indian gooseberry oil on my hair all the time (2 times a week). Calia lathers your hair so well and I had no oil grease after I air dry my hair :) you may need to add a bit more shampoo to get in there and scrub, but its all good. I use a shampoo brush hair massager:)

Sara S hi! In my case I have not noticed any change in my blonde highlights. I actually stopped using purple shampoo since I have found that the calia line doesn’t turn my blonde yellow like most shampoos. There’s no sulfates or chemicals in the products, so there’s a low likelihood that it would effect the color 😊. Happy shampooing!

We have recently changed our formulas and they no longer contain beeswax (this is not yet indicated on our labels or online). Our products are now proudly 100% vegan and are cruelty free. We are working on updated labels as we speak!

Try going for blood tests. It really does helps to know what's going on in your body. You might be lacking of something. That was my case. Good luck😘

Can you use on oily hair
Yes! I actually have oily scalp and it does a great job for me. Just don’t put any of the hydrating conditioner on your scalp, only on the ends
