I love Judo or as they say in French, ja, Amie judo. I started at age 36yrs and have been promoting the sport / martial ever since.
Very inspirational ! I came back to judo after more than 20 years brake due to knee injury. Made a surgery in my 51y.o. age and continue to practice and compete. IT IS IN MY BLOOD !!!
It's not about winning...it's not about losing...it's about getting the technique right and complete - be as one!.
11 months ago I broke my foot, and the doctors said I would never be able to run, let alone to do judo. That judo only my past, but I know they're wrong and I proved it. Today, thanks to my strong will and desire again doing judo.
BECAUSE I DREAM AT NIGHT, BECAUSE IT'S IN MY BLOOD.
Man some of those throws are insane.. it looks like they are about to be taken down and BOOM, they counter it..

I'd love to do judo im 16 I go to the gym 6 times a week I'm very strong but I'm scared that it's too late to be any good at judo at that age all pros started from when they were 10 .. ;(
