- Fat Joe is a synonymous figure in hip-hop, going from trading bars with Big L and Lord Finesse to becoming a cultural ambassador. As an MC, he’s traded bars from the best of ‘em, from Eminem to Jay-Z, while serving as an accomplished A&R who helped introduce cherished figures like Big Pun and DJ Khaled. But his storied career isn’t without hardships. He was targetted by the Hip-Hop police, involved in a highly-publicized beef with 50 Cent, and so much more that has made his career such a spectacle since its inception.
On the latest episode of The Danza Project, Fat Joe doesn’t hold back on anything. Fresh off of the stage at the 2023 BET Hip-Hop Awards that he executive produced and hosted, Joe came through with knowledge, gems, and plenty of untold stories. The rapper divulged on everything from his major role at the award show and shared some insane stories, including a few run-ins with the police. In one of them, he describes an encounter with a police officer who pulled him over while listening to Ku Klux Klan radio.
Besides some insane stories from his heyday, Fat Joe also touches on some notable points as one of the first major Latino rappers to gain mainstream success in hip-hop. Additionally, he speaks on his vast collection of sneakers, working with Jennifer Lopez, the possibilities of a Terror Squad reunion, and even the recent drama between Remy Ma and Papoose. This is a must-watch episode.

Much love to Joey Crack, he shouldn't have any issue from anybody Black, White, or otherwise ... I think it's whack he's not invited or folded into Latino based awards shows and seen as a key contributer to music and pop culture from the Latin culture at large....
Fat has many issues coming from the black community. He is a fake and a racist.
Too bad we won't get a Terror Squad reunion. The first Terror Squad album I cherish til this day and I still play it.
Yessir 🔥

Little do Joe know Reggaeton was orginated by West Africans who was shipped to Panama during the Slave Trade
🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ just stop.
@@EFRAINBX nah I’ll start
@@Thezayway_ yo my mans , nobody spoke Spanish during the African slave trade. Reggaeton was not a thing.
@@EFRAINBX You do know Spaniards where the Spanish language derived from Spain colonized different parts of Africa right? Guinea, Western Sahara and more just to name a few. Over 65% of the population in Guinea spoke Spanish in the late 1700’s, early 1800’s. You do know Black Africans were stripped from their social identity, culture and more as well too right?
Lastly reggaeton was created with playing Spanish lyrics over Jamaican dancehall songs. If you look at the originator(s) who created Reggaeton from Panama, they’re Black!!!
@@EFRAINBX Also my timing on my statement was wrong with when reggaeton was born and the slave trade. They’re over 100 years apart. Reggaeton was born in the late 1980’s
Huge fan from Canada. Dope guests👍🏾

He’s definitely not soft (pause). But he is for sale.
I'm sorry he's not believable to me in my opinion
You wasn’t outside in that era that’s all
@@opgator23 lol lil do u know 😂clown
Well he's been out a long timeeeeee, the few I've seen have negative things to say have all been based around some money ish.. so IDK... if he was super fraudulent wouldn't it be verified and not a feeling?
