It's crazy that when you're a kid it looks like your parents can do everything but as you get older you realize that they're human like everyone else and growing old
@Dan that’s the whole point of the skit bro 😂😂😂
When your parents are getting old more like getting crazy putting clothes in the microwave what the hell man he is trippn for real
Boy this realization hurts a bit.
Sad realization
Still a whoop yo ass tho
Damn, this one hit deep. Let’s all take a moment to be grateful for the parents who were always there for us, no matter what.
Time ain't ♾️
Yep
Nah fr. RIP to my pops 🙏🏾
@@zjokmclin2979 damn rip my man, he'll always be with you
@@zjokmclin2979 RIP to a real one
I always get really sad whenever stuff like this happens cause I can’t imagine them being here without them
So be there for them
@@bane8257 exactly 💯
@@RainPhoenixTilla fr like I can't get sad when I know I'll be there for them
@@bane8257 exactly that's why you cherish them while they're here. I lost my foster mom last year. Everyone else cried, but I laughed and cried a little bit and had nothing but fantastic stories. And I feel like that's the way it should be when someone's life ends. Smiling while crying with fantastic stories. Cheers guys 🍺
Fr
This dude making us laugh and cry at the same time.
Fr one second it’s 😂 then it’s 😔
😭😭😭🤦🏾♂️
Yo Forreal
Damn this hit home like a bitch 😞
I’m your 1k like 😂 Happy Birthday 😂😂 lol jk🎉
I know this is supposed to be a funny skit, but I actually watched my gran rapidly deteriorate mentally when she came down with dementia. This one hit home.
Niles don't really do too much funny!!! He is dark and real. So if u get a laugh feel good about it. He makes think pieces!
Agreed, I'm going through the same thing with my grandma right now and she legitimately does things like this. It's so sad at times.
Same. ❤️❤️
Same here!! I was kinda laughing at first, but it hits hard knowing dementia runs in my family and it has my grandma & her sisters...the music didn't help either😓
I'm dealing with that as we speak with my pops
Nah man I couldn't even laugh at this. My greatest fear in life, even as an adult, is seeing my parents who I admire so much deteriorating to this point.
Same. I thought about my mom yesterday and cried called her. told her I loved her and I'll search/wait for her in my next life.
I get you but i think its necessary, life on this world is limited and it makes you much more grateful for your parents and loved ones knowing this experience is limited. Do all the good you can with them while you can
This video wasn’t designed to be funny, it would be weird if you DID laugh.
@@buttermilkpancakes916 dam you really gotta put them onions straight in ma face
@@paulgavian90 😭😭😭 I'm sorry
All us 90s babies watching this felt this one man😂
@Dan I'm sorry you didn't have parents who were in your life 😞
@Dan How do you "look too into" a skit about aging parents? It's such a simple concept that everyone can relate to. Your comment is weird.
@Dan this dude under every comment talking about how he just laugh💀 bro we r sorry u weren’t loved man
2001 I’m pretty much with yall
🥲
Funny and sad at the same time, but mostly sad. Especially when you know their condition is going to get worse :/ Even more so when they realize what's happening and try to play it off. Getting old sucks.
Yea :( My dad has been having brain farts recently, kinda weird. And he’s starting to catch on. Whenever he tells me the same thing twice, I act like I never heard it before
@@UndercoverPuertoRican yea I noticed in my pops office, he has a magazine about dementia. its tough to see
No if he said, " Dad your brother died 3 years ago..." I would have lost it. 😩
Oo missed opportunity there. That would've hit
🤣🤣🤣🤣
My dad was cutting my hair once and I noticed he was grayed up a lot more at that time and was having a moment in my head thinking about age and how time passes, how you dont notice the little changes in someone you've seen everyday since birth, and when hes gone I dont know who's gonna cut my hair. It's been 11 months since hes been gone already....knowing damn well he still had clients. I haven't had a cut in probably 2 years and shouldnt be looking like this at 23 lol could really use one right now. Tell your parents you love them because when they go it will feel like a regular day until you get a call

im so sorry for your loss :( losing a parent is real hurt for a long time even when you see it coming from a mile away. wish I could hug you.
@@miso.1993 so true. I wish there were more resources to help ppl deal with parental death. We all gotta go through it yet don't know how.
Honestly it just makes me sad thinking about the mortality of my loved ones.
I think it does for most people
"For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away." James 4:14
Niles really used his talent so well. A lot of these skits are funny but they tell the truth of situations. This one reminds us to HONOR or parents. Hits the heart. God bless you and your craft 💖
Amen to that!
This is very sad, sweet, but 100% realistic. My mother had dementia & passed recently. My father, now has been going through this exact same situation since my mother passed away. Niles did a very nice portrayal of the reality of getting older.
I think he went to the bathroom to cry because he knew.. Yes.. This one indeed made me cry and give grandpa a hug.
It almost hurts to much bro 😢 when my dad is watching his football I just stare at him from the kitchen and realize how old he is getting everyday I just cry
Tell your pops you love him bro. I used to do the same thing. Just watching him there in the recliner chillin with a beer and game on. He died 10 years ago. Miss him everyday.
Don't forget that you're getting older too.
@@wayofthekodiak3118 bro 😢😢😢😢 rip to your pops and it's hard I just send it to him in text lol

Seems like Niles and his father will make up as this looks like this takes place in the future.
I want Disappearing Origin 3.

This one hits hard. I wanted to laugh but I’m starting to experience this with my parents. Growing up sucks
It hurts seeing them get old but we’ll be them one day. The agony 😂
Life is one funny motherfucker...literally
You ain't gonna be one of them one day. I'm going to make sure of it. By making sure you never make it too that age, to be like this. Don't you worry.

My grandma turns 90 in December she practically raised me this really hit me hard, this looks like a day in my life taking care of her everyday. I just hope i can make her last few days or years the best I love her so much.
How is she bro
...proud of you, that you take care of Grandma
My mom is in the hospital now. She is too weak to go home. Just thankful for what we have today.
Bro done grew up to be the handyman 😂😂
Lmao
Story of my life bro
I laughed the entire way through. But while watching I just thought about how I had to feed my momma as she battled stage 4 cancer. Truly teaches you the 5th command of "honoring thy father and thy mother."💕🤲🏿
Much blessings to you and your family
God bless you coming from a 6 year cancer survivor 🙏🏽
Funny I’m watching this now after having a convo with my mom hrs ago of her telling me she’s ready to leave this world. Without going into detail she has a ton of health issues (none are fatal but 2 major ones have no cure) & she’s had them since my junior yr of high school which was back in 2011 and she hasn’t worked since then. It was so wild to hear her say that cause my mom has always been the type of person that’s positive no matter what bad situation she’s in but after today I guess she’s tired of being sick all the time so this skit hits kinda hard
My mother's life turned upside down in 2011. Developed a rare disorder. She's really positive as well and I always say to myself I hope she don't get to that point where she wants to give up. Prayers up for u and your mom.
@@wanda01141 Thank you so much for that! From the sound of it your mom seems like a very strong woman. Praying that she'll continue fighting & keep living the best way she knows how. Praying for you as well my friend & continue to always be there for her 🙏🏾
Hug her please. Does she have any grandchildren? That usually helps them feel a sense to live again❤
I love how you were so patient with your elderly parent.
That is not getting old, thats early stage dementia😂
Fax
which the chance of happening increases as you get older....
🤣😂🤣
Yeah, I was thinking this is a bit extreme.

I still wish I could’ve saw my Mom grow old. The fact that she couldn’t make it past 46 breaks my spirit every day…
I am sorry for your loss. My deepest condolences for the dear departed.
I understand
I'm sorry.
I realized it as well, my mom turned 65 and my dad about to be 67. Sometimes the age shows, other times it don't. Hopefully they don't get this bad lol 😅
Fr because at that point Mine will need a caregiver
They still can remember phone numbers better than us though.
My mum is 60, but bro black women don't age cause she's looked the same since 50, but those are ten big years difference man getting old is the worst
that's really young. my folks are in their 80s.
The melodramatic music really ties this together 🤣
Facts do you know what the name of it is?
Going through this now with both of my grandmas, this type of experience hits different.

Working in a hospital this accurate sadly but funny asf at the same time
When they call 2 say hey.. pick up.. or else you'll live 2 regret it.. youll never get that time back ❤️
"I gotta call your uncle about this" sent me!!! 🤣 😭 Funny but so sadly relatable

seeing someone you love go through alzheimers or dementia is truly a sad experience

That was low key deep.
This hits hard as my mom's got Alzheimer's and my dad dementia. Smh
I'm sorry about your parents 😔

It hurts but it helps to think that my kids, nieces, and nephews will feel the same thing I feel dozens of years later.
Sounds bad but trust me... it makes sense. 😤
its necessary for us to have humility. If everyone in our ancestry had to experience it of course we should too
I've had these realizations about my dad over the last few years. Even today, I just took time to look at him, in his element, relaxing and content with all of his faculties and health. I want to remember those moments forever.
I be looking at my dad too, crazy how time flies I remember him in his younger days.

Yo! Why tf is Niles not a regular on a big show or one of the stars in a comedy. Truly hilarious and even bringing the strong emotional themes. Niles gonna be the next Jordan Peele in his own right. Acting, Directing, Music, & who knows what else. 💯
Because niles isn’t satanic. To make it in the industry you have to be in a cult. Is that the niles you really want? Pretty sure I prefer CZcams niles out here sharing his genius with us. There’s plenty of satanists to go watch if you want that type of “entertainment”.
He was on Atlanta for a few episodes
@@autumnrichelle1097 what's Atlanta about?m
@@autumnrichelle1097 I loved his appearance on Atlanta - although I thought it was just that one ep in season 1 - but I want him to be a regular on a tv show. Like an established character. I think Atlanta is one of the best shows on television, which is why it blows my mind he ain't on something big big right now.
It's more than enough to see him killing I on CZcams, but it'd be dope to see him on some bigger stuff.
@@asswaterstudios I think it's a lot more complex than that bruh. Like there's way more levels to celebrity now. Going “Hollywood” doesn't mean the same thing when you can get hot on YT, do a couple Netflix originals and you established in the industry.
I love seeing Niles doing his thing on YT, but I want everyone to appreciate his talent.
Most of the time, I find a small artist and I show them to my homies but I'm almost mad when they blow up and people ask me if I've heard of them - like bro, “I've been known about them. Y'all late.” Niles is different though, I want everyone to see him on some popular ass movie and ask me if I've seen him before - like, “hell yeah, I know Niles!”
The grunt noise when he got the roach spray from younger Niles is a great effect 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Bruhhh, when he opened the microwave tho 😂😂
My parents are both 45 and 46 respectively which I know is still relatively young, but stuff like this still hits home in a major way.
Same here seeing my dad getting older hits he’s 51 now and sometimes I still think of him as the young strong dad when I was young but then times hit when he puts glasses on to read or sometimes he doesn’t hear us well it just hits different
@christiancazares7916 lmao hits different when they put glasses on wait until your parents are actually old dawg
Appreciate your parents, even when it's hard twords the end. You never get them back.
Damn Niles how you got me tearing up? I was hoping there was a funny punchline here, but there was zero to be found. This hits pretty close to home as I see how my parents are not able to do some of the things they use to do. As always, great job showing your wide range of talents to hit different feelings with the viewers.
Dementia runs on my moms side of the family. All of my grandmother and her siblings die from it unfortunately. The most me and my family could do when my grandmother started showing signs was laugh and joke about it. She would even joke about it too. Then make excuses like “I didn’t have my glasses” or “I guess I fell asleep”. She’s bed bound and I take care of her 24/7 now. This is my reality 😢
were they stressed by the men in the family?
When we're younger, we wanted to grow up fast so we can become adults and have a lot of freedom. Sometimes we forget that people around us are growing old too.
I'm seeing this happening to my parents, before they used to be able to do a lot of things on their own. Now simple little things they need my help. Once they are gone, we will miss those little things they used to want us to do.
I went home after 9 years and my great grandmother could barely recognize me. I just cried, because I remember how strong she used to be and how many people she raised in rural Africa. Now I see it as a blessing to have a great grandmother for this king, same with my grand mother
You got a lot of people laughing through their pain with this video!
When you see your parents become like your grandparents were, you know you're on your way there too perhaps. ❤️🙏🏼😔
😭😭😭. People please appreciate and give your loved ones their flowers while they are here. Understand you are so blessed if this happens to you because that means they are still here with you. Sadly for some of us this will never happen. Stay blessed people.
Isn’t crazy how we pause before we correct our parent because part of you is like “I don’t want this to be happening” and another part is like “how long has this been happening” and you just fix everything and correct them in the softest way possible. From there on out when you do talk you have to ask them about everything they needed help with.
One of the first videos that I couldn’t really laugh at but felt sad. I felt the sorrow and concerning feeling coming from Nile’s like if he knew that his parent is about to start having dementia and going to die pretty soon. Niles is the man and can make us feel all of the emotions with his skits.
The amount of awkward silences 😂 after the microwave shit id tell that man “look, I think you need to take seat! Get a breather, you want some juice?”
' it's just a burning memory ' played in my head watching this.
This man had raid as spray butter 😭😂 "that's somethin else" 😭😂
I'm going through something like this now. My dad has stage 4 prostate Cancer and is currently 65 years old and he does the same.. exact.. thing, even where I need to repeat myself about 4 times because he either can't hear or he'll forget. My mom isn't here to walk me through anything so I'm just learning as I go as I been doing since I was 13 and im 32 now... shit definitely hit different looking at this because we get into arguments and stuff and looking at this DEF put me in a state of mind where.. damn.. thats gonna be me one day.. no matter what ya parents done or did in they past. Always love them because yes I'm sure they done things wrong to us or others but... they kept us here for a reason and I love my dad and mom for that alot
I'm usually crying from laughter when watching your videos. You almost got me crying for real with this one.
Phenomenal acting as always, but no video I have watched on YT has caused me more pain than this one
Im balling right now watching this. This is a sad reality of life that I hope most of us don't have to experience. Niles you're a legend for this.
He making it hella awkward 🤣 all the blank empty stares
Always Been The Loyalist One In The Family Even Still.- Amen.
I’ll have to silently give them a hug. It’s gonna be ok
It's especially bad seeing when your parent was a hero to you and seem to be able to do anything.
wtf this depressing and hilarious at the same time
"You're not supposed to put those in the microwave. That's why it's not making no sounds and bout to blow up." 😂😂💯
This is adorable, and sad. I miss being little sometimes it seemed like my mom knew everything
This one hit us all in the feels.

why don’t u make more vids ? :(
Always sad to see the ones who watched you take your first steps inch closer to the day they take their last breath.
I’m laughing hard the whole entire time I see him with the old man wig and mustache. This also made me feel sad towards the end. His beard stayed young though
Yea retro bringing some deep topics to light they be looking embarrassed when you notice them doing stuff like this as well i be holding my tears in so I won’t hurt their feelings
This is really sad I had to watch my dad go through this and now my mom. This hurts 💔
Damn, this one had me in my feels.
I feel like that part where he went to the bathroom was a lie just to get away for a second to digest the situation or cry. There was a short video I saw with a pregnant lady crying at a bus stop talking to an elderly man asking her whats wrong.
She explained things were hard, the baby due soon and how her father was sick too. The elderly guy gave her words of encouragement, usual good stranger conversation you know, and as the bus pulled up she stood up and looked at him and said "come on dad" he looked confused at first but got up and it was like 😢😢😭😭.
"Naw naw naw"😂🤣😭😂 Gets me every time😆🤣
In reality this is like Dementia. Kinda sad.
Why ya gotta rip our hearts out like that bruh 😭😭😭
This got me good to the core of my emotions, man... Powerful skit.
We lovem but we just hate seeing em get older🥹
I could be wrong, but I don't think Niles meant this one to be funny y'all. I think this was a scene that showed he can do drama. Awesome job bc this had sadness, confusion, empathy, even embarrassment. Keep creating!
Seeing my father get tired and sleep 10:00 PM makes me shed a tear, he used to stay up till 1 AM watch TV with us. Now he can't. Plus he has health issues too. I already lost my mom. Be good to your parents, they're the only ones who put up with you and will love you endlessly.
Watching this I just started to get emotional and I was just shedding tears, this video awakens my realization of knowing that my parent is getting older, I had just lost my father this year and it had hit deep cause as I was spending time with him thinking that he's going to live forever that he'll always be there in my life, after I had lost him I wanted to spend every second of every minute I can with my mother, this video hits deep because I relate to it
stuff like this is so sad because your parents were just like you before, and that will be us in the future
When this happens, it's time to gather the siblings for a conference call and/or house meeting to discuss what to about mom and/or dad.
The ouuuu sound off always gets me lol
This one hit me in the feels😭
Now this right here got me about to cry
Grandpa I ❤ you. - R.I.P

Another great skit, and a reminder that we need to always look out for the ones who were all in for us when we were vulnerable.
I've watched some remarkably well done CZcams skits, but this is the only skit channel I've ever subscribed to. This video kinda forced my hand, in a good way. Simple, relatable, bittersweet (more bitter than sweet but still). This is like watching European cinema, but less bleak. LESS bleak.
Dang this was sad but like funny but like still sad
