Apes are some of the most amazing animals to grace our planet. The way they swing from branches high up in the forest, communicate with each other, and care for their community is inspiring to watch. And they’re quite intelligent as well!

Mmm yes intelligent they are
Quick learner, that one is
Much training does he require
Unfortunate
Too old for the training is he
Fing w00 😂😂
Raymond Kilpatrick spot on!
Raymond Kilpatrick .
I thought he was wanting the guy to step back to just throw it over the ledge😄
I like the video but I don't like the loud intro music suddenly coming in.
butterflybud1 - I was going to say the same thing. It's needlessly loud, especially in the middle of the night.
butterflybud1 if it's that loud then turn down your volume duh
we are similar to them because they are an older species than us so they cannot be oddly similar to us
I agree butterflybud1. Way too loud. I hate being startled.
They are the same age as us. We and they had a common ancestor millions of years ago. Both species continued to evolve after the speciation.
I love how the Orangutan looks at the camera first, as if to say "Am I going to get in trouble for doing this" lol
Tangs are kool
the fallen especially the "poo tang"
Al Mcnutt - Lol. I hope you meant "poontang", otherwise you might be in for a surprise.
Hannibal Lechter lmao! ! Nice! You caught that too...
Melissa Trower
This isn't the first time I've seen this video. I love watching this gentleman and this orangutan interact. Animals are so much smarter than we give them credit for.
just because it did something you did not expect it is an Einstein??????
Love how he looks around before throwing it back just to be sure everyone is watching.
So many wonders in our beautiful world. So many wonders to be grateful for💕💕🕊
Jacque Daniels I think he was looking around to see if zookeeper were around. Hope they wouldn't have scolded him for it.
I think the Orangutan wasnt first really sure if it was okay to throw it...
I just thought he wanted the guy to step back so he wouldnt catch it over the water , but yeah those are good ideas
Idk what he was thinking 😊✌
I was expecting it to throw it at his face LOL
Yeah, in the guy's mouth! XD
i was so hoping the orangutan would throw some shit at the man .
why?
AnimeNightcores150 qqqq
AnimeNightcores150 lol
If that tourist did that at the Perth Zoo the keepers would almost bring the swat team down on his ass!
The orangutan was solving projectile equations in his head to throw the thing perfectly.
The interaction was cool. The video and the video production was horrendous!
Jenny + It's live, it can't be staged for lighting or angles or any kind of do-overs. It's called spontaneity, a one-time thing. Know what I mean jellybean?
2:28 Perfect throw. This orangutan throws better than my girlfriend.
That is your girlfriend...or maybe your boyfriend...Hey, anything goes these days, who am I to judge? As long as your happy that's all that matters! Good luck!
Yeah, human females aren't the most efficient throwers :)
Mark Beltran yeah dads don't play ball with them. In fact no one does
I think things are changing. Softball leagues are encouraging parents to teach their daughters.
Oscar Llanos Because she is imaginary?
This is Franky from Bali Zoo. Always throwing stuff and interacting with the people. Quiet funny guy.
It shows critical thinking that the Orangutan knew how to only throw with as much force/power that was needed to get the distance to where the man was standing
Lol most times I relate to animals so much better that other ppl lolol this is adorable ...
Baby orangutans are very cute 😍. The way Mama is showing the little one to the visitors I think it is safe to say now there is a proud Mama
He's like "no, I don't want it!"
Such utterly sweet creatures. So abused by men in their own country of Indonesia.
I saw a large crowd gathers at a gorilla habitat at Miami zoo. At the front was a guy throwing peanuts in the shell like fastballs to a squatting gorilla. The gorilla would reach out and casually snare the peanut like a catcher and put in his mouth. In front of the young pitcher was a sign reading "do not feed the gorilla" .
Awesome & adorable !!!
It kills me how the orangutan looks around before he throws it back like "is everyone seeing this shit??"
I don’t know how gentle they are in the wild
the orang utan always check if there's a guard before he throw back
The young orangutans heads look like cute cocoanuts😍
Humanity stories always gets me ... right here
I was kinda hoping for a fast curveball. :D
He looks around before throwing it the first time, wondering if it was okay to throw lol
Oh, those Russians will always find a common language, that with a bear, that an orangutan.
The only pity is that with Your Congress we can not find a common language. What would that mean? :)
Okay that is adorable!
dude.. that guy has excellent aim!
I love Orangutans... they're the kind of people that go to heaven.
I thought it was going to throw poo at him. Zoos are sad. It's like an spca, but the adopter just never comes.
He wasn't expecting it.....he had his arms held out like he had done it like ten million times before.
Take and give !!! simple and easy to make life beautiful
nice soft touch for such a powerful arm accurate too
That guy said “ I gave you food “ and asked for something in return
There's no second "G" in "orangutan". The word is pronounced exactly as spelled. It's an Indonesian compound word: Orang (man) + Utan (forest) = "man of the forest". Or "human" if you wish.
It is normal that they feel good with each other because the orangutan is his ancestor😂😂✌✌✌
I love how the guy goes "thank you!!!"
The coolest thing is that the orangutan interacts, in my opinion, based on body language and maybe catches some intent behind the spoken language (which transfers emotions). Even not understanding or may be hearing the Russian for the first time, orangutan still learns to interact. Like, intonation of a question or excitement - the words are different across various human (and animal) languages or expressions, but the basic intonations are the same. Great video, there's also a full length video.
This orangutan name is Jacky and is a long resident of the Bali zoo .He was playing this game for years and was taught by his keepers
lol, its almost like the orangutan was looking around like " i heard what happened to mah boi harambe the last time he interacted with humans, lemme get the closes clear first"
Awww amazing. ❤️
😂😂😂😂 OMG I LOVED WHEN HE THE ANIMAL THREW THE STONE
The orangutan already new the game, the dude didnt, lol.
2:50 lmao the orangutan did a face palm when the man missed the cacth
This orangutan should be in NFL football cause of that *AMAZING ARM WITH THAT CATCH AND THROW*
the orangutan was like look I taught it catch
I'm glad I didn't skip the ad
No doubt that the animal kingdom is AMAZING!!
Oh wow, mid nineties, flicked a half of a j to one at Perth zoo, W.A. He saw me having a sly puff and fully mimics puffing hard out. I’m like, no way... I flick it over and yep, ol mate tokes it to death. A few hours later, I saw a rhino fart. BEST ZOO TRIP EVER!!
I missed the orangutans when I went to San Diego Zoo. They didn't lie, it is big!! Even with the 1 day pass which gives access to tours all day long, but the safari park is 20 times bigger
That will be a cool story to tell the grand kids, one day. Very cool game of catch! =)
the father to son moment I've always dreamed of
That was pretty awesome!
Woooooooooooooowwwww... That is the coolest intro ever
the orangutan caught the object so easily!
I bet that Orangutan was like... "Not this shit again".
Some people have all the luck, that’s so cool😍
The Cubs are looking for right handed pitching!
That Orangutan catch better than me XD
Thats awesome!
There’s an elephant in Great Britain that plays catch with a woman. They throw the rock back and forth . Amazing to see.
I LOVE ur intro, it's like a real TV show 👌👌😙😆😆
I threw an orangutan a football and he ran into the end zone, spiked the ball, then did The Ickey Shuffle!
Handball needs to start accepting orangutans cause that boy got skillzz
And it calculated the exact distance and how hard to throw the food and in which direction. Am I the only one who's impressed?
That tourist is lucky that that tangerine didn't throw something else at him.
So cute! 😍
The babies are so cute it hurts
Instead of the man it is the Orangutan who looks at camera seeming to say "Are you getting this?".
that was pretty neat thanks for posting
I think we just found the new quarterback for the Jacksonville jaguars
Just a friendly game of catch between distant relatives
Orang is smarter than our average elected official !!!
Laura Cullen Did you know what's "Orang" means in Indonesian language? its Human 😂
So, Orang-Utan means; Jungle human xD
you are right there
not elected official (public servant)
Laura Cullen only if that elected official had been a woman ! Aka Hillary The Commie Clinton !!!
Just add an E to ORANG and you've got the shade of our fearless leader of Mar-Lago. But that would be an insult to orangutans.
Then the Orangutan raised his hand up in the air and shocked the tourists
_Orangutan dabs_
That was so cool!!!
'Wait for it....wait for it...' *throws*
The orangutan looks both ways before he throws, like a pitcher on the mound.
Love this😊
Thank you for sharing:)
Love love love orangutans.
I thought he was gonna throw shit at him lol
Many years I was at Pretoria Zoo. There was an orangutan in a compound. I leaned on the fence and I said, quite quietly, 'You're an ugly bastard, aren't you?' Please note I was very young and still wet behind the ears. Anyway the orangutan reached out to something lying on the ground bear him and flipped it at me - hard. He didn't pick it up and throw it, he just 'flipped' it. It hit the metal rail about two feet away from me with a clink - he'd flipped a small stone at me. He'd picked up on my disrespect IMMEDIATELY. Smarter than I was. ..
Similar thing happened to me when I was on a dolphin excursion in the Caribbean. I was walking along the boardwalk near the beach where the dolphins were enclosed and one swam up right next to me and threw a rock at me with its mouth. I threw it back and we played fetch basically for a few minutes with, yes, the same exact rock (I threw it in the water in different places and this little guy could locate and grab it in seconds) before I had to take off.
The babys are soo cute
Amazing.☺
He was basically saying in Russian "I gave you something, noe you gotta give me something back"
Think "awesome" would have been more fitting than "shocking"
So cool!
Apes are some of the most amazing animals to grace out planet, the way they throw dung is incredible - Did You Know? (Maybe)
Orangutan is clever than most of us
I was waiting for a fling of Pooh lol
The Chicago White Sox are looking for a new reliever Sign this guy up.
Very Interesting!
Close the "Animal Jails"!!!!!!! :(
IVE GONE TO THAT PLACE IN BALI LIKE 2 YEARS AGO! it was the first time i saw an orangutan(now my favourite animal) and it threw baby corn at my sister (who is hated by all animals, literally all, a dolphin bit her when she did nothing XDD) since that moment (it threw baby corn at her sun glasses from far it was perfect aim) i've loved orangutans lol
I have a little fun story down from the Barcelona Zoo.
We stand down at Orangotangen and I eat on a tomato. The orangutang sees it and expresses that it would also like to eat such a tomato. Now there's a glass window around, so I can not give one.
So I show with a hand gesture with 2 flat hands "around the cage" that I can not give the orangutan any tomato. Unfortunately.
This symbolic hand movement perceives the Orangotang, so it immediately jumps to the pane. And at the top there is a small crack where it can reach my hand. Here you can give me a tomato.
The Orangutans understood my symbol of "problem rude". It was a fantastic experience.
I really wanted to take this orangutang in my hand and go out and show it to Barcelona
That's AWESOME
