This is great! Thank you, this is going to make my job so much easier. Digitizing old maps of archaeology sites. . . hand-drawn XD No one twenty years ago had guessed that these would be redrawn on computer, so they're also covered in dirt lmao.

Hi Brandon, thank you for helpful videos !
Do you also have a video uploaded on image embedding ?
How can I possibly scale an embedded image to a specific scale unit such as 1/4 to ANSI B 17 x 11 paper ?

After this in auto CAD 2021 how would you begin turning this car image into 3d model when for example drawing your bumper top view would not make changes to the side view or front view. Haven't found tutorial showing how to do this with cars. Only basic squares or circles. Please help, been searching for months,

Hi Brandon, I like the way you describe processes in AutoCAD.
I am a professional photographer (with a Civil Engineering background). I have a project for which I am required to use a set of AutoCAD construction drawings to interactively geo locate construction progress photos that I capture throughout the project.
For example, if someone wants to see all photos related to Room 107, how can I create a link directly on a set of online AutoCAD construction drawings so it can be clicked on and then be taken to a location where all photos of Room 107 reside?
    Any suggestions would be appreciated.
    I have never operated AutoCAD.
    Thanks in advance.
    Gary

Do you not need the other dimensions to get a good scale? I mean the vertical and horizontal dimension combination. When you go in the direction that wasn’t scale what will happen, then?
