Rope Flow - Black Shark (Heavy Rope)

Finally playing with the 1 kg Black Shark from Winding Ropes
This rope is a beast and a lot of fun to roll.
Heavier ropes help us clean up our patterns, because we can’t muscle these ropes around. This helps correct the timing and weight shifts. Maintaining constant tension is a must, which keeps us focused on the task at hand.
It's a great workout, too!

hey there , im new to this just upped my rope to 15mm I need to slow down so I flow better, do you think a thicker rope again would help or I should just practice more with the one I have ,that seems effortless I assure anyone new to this thats great workout ,Big up!!!!!

Working with a heavier rope will slow you down and will improve your technique 👍
