The Verrazano's Narrows Bridge was built with the curvature of the Earth in mind. The tops on each side are slightly farther apart than the bottoms of each side. Presumably, if you were to follow them vertically, they wouldn't be parallel. Instead, they would meet in the center of the Planet.

Great Video! Just a heads up though I think you guys accidentally used the Williamsburg Bridge twice when you mentioned both it and the Manhattan Bridge.

I’d really like to see an episode on the NYC road tunnels - which are cut and cover, which are buried in bedrock, which are just sitting on the riverbed... and how the ventilation towers work.

I know I may be asking too much but it would be interesting to make a video on New York's iconic buildings, which were demolished on purpose such as the Singer Building, Penn Station etc.

I drove over the Kosciuszko Bridge just the other night. I didn't realise it was as new as it is, nor that it had the same name as Australia's highest mountain. I remember being stuck on its predecessor a few years ago.

I recommend, that you check out, or make a video about ongoing megaproject in the Baltic states - "Rail Baltica". There is an impressive station design in tallinn, as well as in Riga. That would be a great video!

@@andrewmurphy5310 Yes they are building European sized high speed rail network from Tallinn, though Riga (also airport) and kaunas, with a extra way to vilnius. And they will connect to warsaw, and to further Europe.
