Do the thermal valve delete on the transmission lines. If they get stuck say good by to your transmission. You can do it for under $100. Banks monster ram with grid heater relocation if you don't want to replace your motor. Makes a big difference in power especially when you add the new boost tubes it's worth the money. Trust me. I always build for reliability first then go the you lifts tires and wheels or whatever you like. Who cares what the truck looks like if it doesn't run.
I have a second gen swap as well and to me, a necessary mod is some kind of aftermarket exhaust brake. I have the one from BD and it works with the factory exhaust brake button. Very handy for towing. An unnecessary mod but great mod if you tow long distances is a larger fuel tank. I have a 55 or 57 (forget exactly) gallon fuel tank from Titan and that's been one of my favorite upgrades!
Should have put bumpers in "stupid" mods. Everyone always says that it's "insurance" but those gawdy ass bumpers are so expensive, you'd have to toast 2-3 oem bumpers before it monetarily justifies it
How do you get away with deleting? I’ve heard they’re cracking down now so I’m worried about doing my new 2019 ram. Also, emissions in my town checks for deletes
I upgraded, studded and added a FASS on my 2018 Ram 2500 Cummins at 9k miles. Also deleted the fuel filter on the block. Installed a straight 4” exhaust. I added an ATS deep trans pan, case brace and thermostatic coolant block delete. Trans runs at 135-140 degrees now. Added Bilstein shocks all around. Finally we added an onboard air compressor w/ a 5 gallon tank, QD’s for air tools, train horns and rear air bags. I added a winch tray bully bar and 12k pound warn winch to the front. I replaced all bulbs with LED’s through out the truck. I am set up for towing my 5th wheel but now she runs like she should. Eventually I’ll rebuild the trans and upgrade it considerably. I left my truck as stock as possible to draw less attention.
So I just bought a 2020 Dodge Ram 3500 Laramie long bed 6.7L with the Aisin transmission. It shifts like sh*t because of the bigger wheels. The gearing will change that? Do you recommend gearing over valve body?
I’m not to familiar with aisins, but if you change the gears and do a trans relearn it should help you out. She won’t be constantly searching for gears.
What were your thoughts on a steed speed exhaust manifold with a modified stock turbo like a cheetah and compound. Have been researching like crazy. Would like to compound the 63mm cheetah when the funds work. Also what made you go with the 4.30 gears over 4.10 gears?
I've got a 2018 ram that I'm about to put a carli backcountry 3" suspension system on. Thinking of going with 37's. Have you hard much about the AEV ProCal? Supposedly it adjusts line pressure to the transmission/shift points and you're able to correct speedometer and air pressure sensors with it.
Austin Hamilton honestly i haven’t heard much on it. I have an MM3 tuner and I’m able to adjust TPMS and tire size through it. I wouldn’t recommend bumping up your line pressure to the trans unless you’ve done a valve body or a separate plate mod to your valve body.
I haven’t heard of it being done, but that doesn’t mean anything. A lot of people would rather have the 68RFE than the AISIN trans from what I’ve heard.
Hey, fellow Jet guy here. In the early scene in your garage, w hat kind of jet are the flight safety posters on the wall behind you for? I'm GIV, GV, and G550 master tech.
Ats came out with one earlier this year. Came out for preorder in June so should be available now. Holds 800hp and started at $11,000 then up from there
Hello. I have a 2015 2500 Ram with a 6.5 Zone lift and with 37’s on it. I’m stumped on what to do next. Maybe my DPF delete or a re-gearing the truck. What would you recommend doing first?

Built trans is a boring mod until you do it. Then it's the best mod!
Monster RAM you do have a point 😎. Give you more piece of mind when you romp on it.
Thank you for your opening !
The first time in ages that someone didn’t open with “what’s Up”.
Outstanding 👍🏼

Great Video man!!
Hey Friend I really enjoy your channel and you’re straight to the point reviews and Intel on all that you’ve done

Move to a free state where they don’t check emissions.

Sounds like a awesome build man.
I have no idea what your saying but it's been long time since I've heard your voice, so I watch... ❤ u
Man you’re making me want a mega cab after I pay off my f150
xSprayify do it you want regret it. Best decision i ever made. I still miss my F150 at times.
@@okc_garage but what about not having the extra bed space? It’s a trade off for sure.. do you bed or cab? lol
How do you feel about the fox 2.0 shocks?

Months later but what kind of rpms you running with the 4.30 gears at highway speeds
I’m running about 2k RPMs at 75 MPH

What do you think about an Aisin transmission swap into a 2019 2500? Is it possible? Do people do it? Thanks in advance. Great information!

Those are from my jet the E-6B Mercury. I’m an FE on them.
Don’t know if ATS is only a six speed or 10 speed available
I’m still looking for a 10speed Allison straight swap for my 4th gen 2500

Gabriel Leight id personally go with deleting it first and then gears next.
I recently put a pedal commander on my 2015 Cummins. Amazing change in drivability.
Well, thats all well and good unless you live in CA. I guess I'm jolly well screwed.
If you had to do it over again would you run 4:10 gears or stick with the 4:30 gears
4.30s all day. Very happy with my decision.
where do you live that tuning isnt illegal?
Deleting is illegal everywhere, federal law, many counties just don’t require emissions tests. Maybe Cali doesn’t let you tune, just guessing.
what is this suckaafun swap you say relating to air?
if you delete a cummins you would never get by the pollution test here...they would kick your ass.
Allison swap.
Why would you downgrade like that 🤣🤣🤣
@okc_garage aisin or Allison then? I have the aisin and was looking for upgrades.
