I'm a huge ravens and Lamar fan. Lamar HAS TO start trusting his wr more and work on timing. He rarely will throw his wr open. He tends to wait too long to throw. Part of this is on Roman. It made me so mad when Huntley took over Roman created quick 3 step drop passes for Huntley. And it worked. Roman relies way too much on lamars ability to expand plays with his legs. He needs to add in the 3 step drop passes like quick slants. We have so much speed at wr position. Hollywood's best game vs Miami years ago we hit him on a 70 yard slant. We need more crossing patterns . Chiefs kill it with those slants. Then defenses start trying to jump slant routes with LBs which opens the pump fake and now u have Andrew's wide open deep down in middle of field ... sorry I get so passionate and end up writing a book lol

I'm excited about him getting a full training camp with Bateman this year. And im really hoping Proche or Duvernay gets Watkins spot in depth chart this season. Proche has glue for hands. And great at getting those extra yards after catch. Don't laugh at me on this but I truly believe that Duvernay can be ravens version of Debo Samuel. Not as electric. I mean more like taking hand offs and can run same route trees. They are built similar and both elusive. Unfortunately the problem still is in Baltimore and it's name is Roman. I made a reply to someone else on this video speaking on this. Lamar has to start trusting his wrs more and throw them open. He tends to wait till they are open. But u watch the greats they have such timing and actually throw wrs open. But part of the problem is Roman. He relies FAR TOO MUCH on Lamars ability to extend plays with his legs. But if u watched when Huntley took over. Roman actually created a bunch of plays that allowed Huntley to get rid of ball fast. A bunch of 3 step drop passes. Why we don't incorporate that into Lamar game is a head scratcher. Particularly cause we have so much speed at wr. Slants , crossing patterns, screens etc all are never in game plan.

@Ramon Rivera Running RPOs isn't Lamar's Problem or his Fault. Lamar Jackson isn't the Offensive Cordinator, Greg Roman is. Lamar is getting figured out because of Roman's stupid passing scheme. That's making the offense predictable. And saying "yall will never win a SB" is stupid. The Ravens has won 2 super bowls. And saying Lamar's stats are declining doesn't mean Lamar is bad. Stats can only tell you half of the story.
