I have a extremely rare case of femoral nerve with possible axonal damage. Had a Neurogram femoral nerve lit up. Significant atrophy/ loss of L4 reflex from 5/5 to 0/5 seen at Penn. thought possible PTS. No injury this was sporadic ant to medial thigh pain 10/10. 3 months unable to stand upright without severe psoas femoral nerve pain. Would love an over read

Thank you for this video. I fell close to 3 months ago and have continued pain on the outside of my foot and knees. Yes, 3 months is about how long it has been for me at this point. I’ve have not seen any specialists. I have pain, lighting feelings, which have now slowed down, shocking feelings, small toes went numb on and off at different time. I do feel like I’m getting better. They have decided to request an MRI but it’s been almost 3 months will an MRI be helpful at this point?

What about the Pudendal nerve? how is this looked over especially when it is essential in fully interpreting a lumbosacral plexus neurography?
