It depends on the departmental convention for hanging images. I agree I would hang LT hand images the opposite way, but we have a British trained radiologist that insists they be hung this way, so I caved in. As long as it's consistent, that's my main thing.

I think at 6:00 it should also be mentioned that the image is miss marked as a Left hand when its actually the right.
