Holy shit, that looks unbelievable. Your attention to detail is jaw-dropping.
Yeah! They are amazing my jaw was dropping when I saw the gun
I really want you to do some other "no fancy tools" videos, that's awesome ! You are both Amazing, you make me wanna do so many props !!!
I really like how you did it with conventional means, and not fancy tools (which I have complained about before in other videos). This way it's of actual help to beginner cosplayers trying to learn, as opposed to showing off how people with pro tools COULD do it.
+spork Glad you liked it! Hope I can do more like it in the future!
You're the godess of the props .-.
You need to make more overwatch weapons, they are amazing
Thinking about it, yes!
KamuiCosplay Yay
can you do junkrat
KamuiCosplay Can you do Torbjörn's ultimate turret? lol
Eggie yees it would be cool to make my weapon
Y'know what? From these three videos, I've gained confidence that I can make a neat little prop. I'm ordering some foam online, as there is no shop in my local area that sells foam, and I'm going to make something simple like a medieval dagger or somethin.
This was THE BEST cosplay tutorial series I have ever seen. It went over the basics so clearly and concisely!
+Jackie Motion Pictures Yay, thank you!
I've said this on all 3 videos, but I can't say it enough. These videos are amazing and you should certainly do more like it. You are so inspiring and I have learnt a lot from them. I may even start cosplaying using these techniques, I'll have to watch them a few more times though :D
+Adam - BillyNo5 That's awesome! Glad to help!
You guys are doing great, I already purchased punished props books, but I will be purchasing yours, it is nice to have multiple references, and different explanations.
I find myself watching your videos on painting. Despite having 15 years of acrylic miniature painting.
Benni's paintjob is always so on point °o° ....
Mei's blaster including the "backpack" would be so cool to see if you guys made a video on that!
Thank you so much for this! I wanted to start making props and with fake guns, I didn't know where to start. The videos made it clear and easy to understand. Showing us that you had to try more than once also will make me feel better knowing I'll likely doing the same thing. The way you both talked sounded very natural and not stiff. Thank you again.
euer Hund ist soooo süß!!!!!und eure Videos sind sehr schön. ich finde eure fingerfertigkeiten beeindruckend.
holy moly it looks so good! cant believe its all made of eva foam and simple methods :D thanks so much for these videos!!
Thank you so much for creating this series! It has been really inspirational and has also answered a lot of my unanswered questions concerning EVA foam and painting. I would love to see a series like this on Mccree's gun, or Torbjorn's arm/hand with moving parts!
Thank you sososo much. I want to cosplay Symmetra next year, and your tutorials, website, and books have helped me get psyched! Love your tutorial videos. Thank you for all your hard work!
you make the absolute best videos. Short and sweet! your work is also amazing!
I'd like to thank you all (corgi included) for these tutorials, they really helped me! Right now, I'm making Ana's gun from overwatch, and this was a huge inspiration!! It's my first relatively "professional" prop, so I hope it turns out good! I'm gluing the foam together right now, maybe I could send in pictures when it's done ;) anyways thanks so much!!
Thanks ! It's Perfect for begginers. I love your teaching style :)
i really love what you did, i've been a fan since 2012 and you always make crafting much easier for us all cosplayers, hope can do alot of tutorials like this. thank you so much for your dedication. looking forward for more.
Honestly your videos are AMAZING, seriously they are massivly helpful. Your so are your books thank you for inspiring me to go futher into cosplay.
Handy tip on the plastic dip! Great tutorial ! Thanks for sharing your knowledge/experience.
I'm very thankful for this tutorial!!
So glad I used to paint Warhammer 40k models, this should make the painting, inking, drybrush and highlighting stages just like painting a Space Marine :D
I have your guys' books but seeing it in action is awesome. Love the format you're trying out ^_^
A Mercy-"Wand" (?) xD Tutorial would be cool, if you know, how to make the "Wand" :3
Yeah, that'd be cool, I think it's more of a staff though.
You guys are absolutely amazing!
Thanks! :)
Whoa that looks so good. Skills op! I hope I have time one day to make it.
Wow guys you are really talented
Love the video. The gun turned out perfect, you guys killed it!!
Good job :)
That Zelda shot at the end *v* you are a very talented couple I love how people can see that you are having fun doing this and helping other people with those kind of tutorials :) just amazing :3
Wow I may actually try this in the summer, you guys are amazing
Go for it!

Just keep the videos coming!!! , and the cute Corgi too *-*
I love your dog! She is sooooo cute!!!!!
your channel is great!!! loving it! ♥
Thanks!
thank you so much for your videos. I would love more videos using limited toolsets to create a variety of items, and of course, more zelda please!
Incredible
This is AMAZING
You guys do a great job going into the details and steps. Keep going with it! I would like to see videos on how to armor templates to EVA foam. Templates that deal with curves and abnormal shapes like helmets and shoulders. Like guys!
Y'all are amazing , have taken stress out of armor
you guys save my life TT THX for making this
You're very welcome!
Awesome awesome awesome tutorials guys!! love watching them and can't wait until I have space (and time) to start creating my own pieces. Would love to see something of borderlands or Fran from FF from your hands! xoxo
I appreciate the English videos (US), Greetings from the States!
This was so incredibly helpful to me since I'll be making a killjoy ray gun!!
I always watch until the very end! Corgi's ftw!
Got you!
Wie genau Benni einfach malen kann, ich hätte zu zittrige Hände, Respekt :D
I love your tutorial videos! You guys explain so well! Hope to see more Fallout weapons and armor hehehe
You guys are life savers :,)
you guys and bill and britt should do a collab, now THAT would be amazing! Love the vids, keep up the quality work
Wow! The gun looks absolutely amazing! I personally would be really interested in anything Widowmaker related ^-^
It'd be awesome if you guys could make Widowmakers gun! Or even make a series of videos where you both use basic tools and materials!
Can you do a tutorial on making a bodysuit/zerosuit can fits you?
That's a pretty good idea! Thanks!
KamuiCosplay I can't find a single tutorial online, so I figured you'd know what you're doing. :) Also, love your vids, they're so helpful!
I second this idea! Your Nova bodysuit looks awesome.
Okana Adonis Right! I wish I could do that.
i third this. and as a part 2 and 3. show us how to add armor bits with eva foam that can withstand the rigors of moving around. and how to add some colored led lights to said suit. i've tried to do the lights on some outfits, but i have no idea how to set up battery packs or how much power the light strands need, or how to control said lights. it would be nice if i could use some of these cell phone battery back ups as a power supply since many of them are just rechargeable bricks. but its hard to figure out. and i have 0 experience with arduino boards.

Awesome series, thanks so much for these videos! + Yay she got her treat!
Beautiful and well done xD!
I really love it that you made this series with the most basic tools so it's more accessible for everyone. You guys are such amazing people! :)
Do you maybe have tips on how to make D.Va's headset? I know what materials to use to make it. The headset confuses me because the putting it on your head part with it being steady but also being bendable. Like headphones you can move pretty good and also are a bit bendable, but I'm lost on how to be sure the headset it secure on my head and being able to put it on my head. Love you guys ^^
Would love to see you three (counting Zelda) tackle other Overwatch weapons like McCree's Peacemaker, Reinhardt's Hammer, or Tracer's pistols!
of course we like your videos !
Awesomeeee! See you at the cosplayshop in 9 days! :D
Subscribed without hesitation.
Yaaya!
Awesome!
Reading through the comments, I think a painting tutorial would be fantastic. Perhaps showing common errors and how to correct them would be helpful or a slower step by step of the highlighting and shading parts. Explanations of what the effects are and why may also help. Video tutorials that can be paired with your books would also be wonderful. I love your cosplays and videos and books!
Good idea! Thank you!
finally a treat. 😊
Benni is such a bad ass. 😁👍🏽
You deserve more subs!
Subscribed! You guys are amazing! I was so devastated when I saw how expensive D.va's gun/headset is on eBay, but when I came across your video I was thrilled! This looks even BETTER! Can you guys do a tutorial on her headset too? Thank you! 😊
I love these videos! Awesome! ❤
Have you ever thought of doing more Costume timelapses?
Maybe some Led programing guides?
Thanks it really helpt me to get my Diva coplay right :D
Those videos were great! It's nice that you try to talk freely in front of the camera :3 I loved them they are going to be SO useful ! Keep going doing awesome videos like that, they're a reference ^-^
This's so helpful I'm really thankful and I can't wait for your next tutorials, but quick question, what did you use for the sudden shine coat!?
Your tutorials are so useful, and I'm so glad I came across your videos. I would really, really, really, really like to see u make a genji helmet from overwatch :)
Yeeees, I know! More Overwatch. It's what people keep telling me! ;D
Ive never even played dva in overwatch but for some reason I'm so good at her voice.
Gefällt mir sehr gut! :)
Wow this is amazing! I wish I'm as talented as them 😔
I'm so inspired to do a casual D.va cosplay
Thank you so much for the tutorial!!
I really wanna see others props in overwatch like Hanzo bow or something like that >
This is really cool!
Is it possible to make one out of plastic? I'd love to make a custom slide and frame for my airsoft pistol as D.Va's pistol.
I started making Dva's gun today! Now I'm a noob at cosplay weapons but I'm gonna try my best to make it look at least okay!😁
+Yumi A Good luck!
Do McCrees gun(s) next!! : )
Benni is so good at painting! I wish I had such steady hands, I inherited shaky hands from my mom's family -__-
That corgi smile just got me so bad!!
+Mizuzai So sweet
I found you guys through the Sombra gun videos and I saw you made the D.va gun which is perfect because I may cosplay her! This is extremely helpful, you guys are incredible artists and pay very close attention to the little details! I'm subscribing, I'm excited to see what you guys will do next! Hopefully sooner or later you guys can make a tutorial on Mercy's caduceus staff and pistol? That'd be great! :D
Yes, more Overwatch stuff. It's what everybody is asking for, haha! x)
Oh great! And thank you for your reply!
I love your tutorials so much ❤️ you should do an overwatch widowmaker huntress gun using basics!
I'd love to see a vid of the new Batman Grappling Gun used by Ben Affleck in Batman vs Superman: Dawn if Justice. Especially a foam craft one like this which is made using just the basic tools we can all afford.
I don't remember him mentioning it, but I do see him doing it; If you're painting a very small intricate detail, it helps to rest the hand you're painting with on either a piece of the thing you're painting, or the hand you're using to hold it. This is something miniature painters do all the time to help keep steady hands. :)
Thanks! Good tip! Probably forgot to mention it as he always does this without thinking about it. :)
ur tutorials are so great ...... i love them ........ i was wondering if you can make a tutorial about how to make the Hecate II from SAO 2 .... cause it's really hard to get that ...... and thx for the awesome videos
Can you do a tutorial on Mercys staff from overwatch? The rotating and the two different light are really confusing
Do you think that the same methods would work for recreating Peacemaker?
I have the same print as Benny but in a tan color :D
Wow !
Can you make the Mercy staff, I have been having some trouble with it myself and would like to see how it is done before I try again
So is there no need to sand between the layers of paint? Also, love these video styles. It's really helpful for people (like me) that don't have access to fancy tools like airbrushes, 3d printers or belt sanders. Keep it up!
hii! I love your tutorials. You guys are so helpful for beginners. But I was wondering, what was the clear coat you used to protect the colors, your last step? If it’s not in the USA do you know any alternatives?
the brand is called LUKAS but I'm not sure if it's available in the states. :(
KamuiCosplay thank you so much regardless, I really appreciate it!!
I think this is what I try to find, but I need a name of product full, to find analog or this spray like you use
Ana's biotic gun for her captain amari skin would be cool!
This is so awesome! I will definitely follow your tutorial when making my own D.va's gun! You guys are really amazing! And thank you for recommending this EVA foam and glue!
Hmm....and what about Mercy's gun?
Mercy's gun works just the same! ;)
KamuiCosplay Yea...you are right ^^"" that was a silly question :D . Anyway Thank you so much for the tutorials (and for every other videos, your store and fb of course :D ) And I am looking forward to your future content, cosplays, plans! I hope I did not bother you with that silly question of mine :D (or I hope it did not make me look stupid xD )
What kind off clear coat spray did you use at the end? Having some trouble finding something that would work
