This video has been remade because the previous “Best of Weekly Dose of Aviation (2021)” was age-restricted. Some new clips have been added and some have been removed.
oh
Why age-restricted tho

WOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Someone should count how many times you’ve said “Luckily no one was injured” this year. Lol. Great videos.
Probably more than 100 times now
Check out the merch!
967 times :)
@@leo_swimming just gotta say it two more times
@@brasilianexpress7765 yep 🤣
That rc plane at 7:29 has better comedic timing than most comedians
I love it when the video immediately shows up the scene in the thumbnail, this is just worth watching, no clickbaits and long waits just great aviation content
16:59 that was actually a pretty smooth landing for ryanair standards
This, I was looking for this!
the hard landings are wake up call for your ass after sitting in those concrete seats
THE REASON I CHECKED THE COMMENTS
I was just about to say this
Yeah lol
These are the best clips! Fantastic job editing this together. I don’t know where you find all these but keep it up! I watch every episode!! Love it!
JESUS LOVES YOU SO MUCH MORE THEN YOU COULD EVER IMAGINE AND GIVE YOUR LIFE JESUS BEFORE ITS TO LATE AND LIVE FOR HIM
7:18 A moment of silence for the miniature pilot who sadly was unable to eject in time.
Jay Leno climbing out of the nose of that airplane was trippy as hell.
27:12 Thank you for this, I never had the opportunity to see a space shuttle land at all and its from my era.
37:05 My grandparents and dad made sure I didn't miss one of their shows from the age of 7-15, God love and bless all of them RIP.
I found that rc plane "blowing up" after impact way funnier than I should have 😂
Apparently they plugged a servo or gyro sensor in backwards, causing the stabilization to malfunction... and what a spectacular malfunction it was
The "Oh, Fuck." sold it for me
I was looking for someone who thought this! had me crying
@@Jeremiah71603 Yup
To bad I was watching without sounds. I just couldn't stop thinking about tens of thousands of dollars lost in those few seconds.
Edit: Together with hundreds of hours of building and maintenance.
"Luckily no one was injured" sounds like there is a good possibility of someone getting hurt
Luckily, Lurch learned speech Affect, and tonal pitch Effect Nice work. (Errrrrrrrrrr)
yknow i was expecting maybe a 10-15 minute clip and here i was blessed with a 44 minute masterpiece
17:00 *this plane lands really hard*
*sees ryanair* yep. definitely 😂
Yep
That's what I thought of lol.
13:58
How this man crammed all that confidence into that cockpit is beyond me.
Talkin' real Big D Energy
my cat sneezed while watching this. luckily no one was injured.
The dialogue is absolute genius! "Here is a solar eclipse from a plane, after a while the sun came back"!!! WOW
Its a monologue, but yeah, i get what you're saying. ^^
Mono versus Dia. It's all Greek to me ;-)
What a good day with another aviation video. I'm a really big aviation fan, and these weekly dose of aviation are really really really entertaining.
Luckily no one was hurt
What does the video have to do with aviation? That is militarism in its purest form.
@@eduardh.5964 They are still airplanes
29:45 Sadly, The Antonov is no more.... RIP....
@@lomaii2847
The A400M is such an awesome aircraft! To be the size of it and still be so agile, is quite amazing.
and yet the An 22 is on another level ^^
29:44, The world's biggest plane RIP.
The guy with the jetpack flying next to the airliner must feel like superman. Wow.
not really he demoed that jet suit for red bull and this was one of the stunts they did ... he also flew across the english channel as well .. there is a documentary about him on youtube ...
I love doing "take a sip when lucaas said luckily no one was injured" game
@mandellorian nah, no one was injured :D
7:27 now that's a realistic rc plane with the explosion xD
These RC aircraft have real small jet engines and fly on normal jet fuel - Kerosen.
These are the best clips! Fantastic job editing this together
*Yes, indeed. These are the best aviation videos. Thanks!*
The most beautiful images that will definitely stay in your memory. 17:18 The most beautiful and perfect landing of the A340 with cross wind and 30:20 the take-off of the almighty and beautiful An225.
the AH-124 earlier in the video ain't too shabby either... they're both gorgeous airframes
I'm not too sure about the comments about bad landings and high winds affecting the landing . I'm sure some are . But I also know that however dreadful it appears to on-lookers and passengers on board , the 'side-on' approach or slip , is a useful 'tool' for a pilot to use loose speed .
Ye happy New Years and happy New Years eve
Ye
The guy videoing sounded disappointed it didn't crash of the runway. He goes; aww
34:57 i love that little plane looking like it’s going “hey, wait for me”
As a USAF veteran I love all of these!
I know that the rc airplane costed a lot of money, but I can't help laughing at how the takeoff turned out.
Absolutely kamikaze! I think the plastic pilot was depressed.
thanks for the fun, hope you keep me smiling through 2022 and i hope nobody gets injured.
well if someone gets injured, it wont show up here
i watched the whole video but luckily, no one was injured
These people have balls of steel
This was a great compilation of aircraft moments, well done!
That‘s exactly what we needed right now! 😭👍🏼
plane's engines fail: panik
Lucaas saying "luckily no one injured": kalm
Can't wait for more compilations had a smile on my face the whole time watching this
@Tyler McNulty I just love planes😂
I really love the Alaskan Bush plane because it could take off and land in a short space of time. Those thick tires are designed for rough and uneven terrain .
they dont land, they bounce lol
@@cliffwilkins9178, a sky-jeep? Is that it's nickname?
@@cliffwilkins9178 he means the clip at 14:20
Reminds me of Grasshoppers from ww2.
I love how all those “combat landings” is just me when I’m playing any flight simulator

Amazing footage! Thanks for sharing.
YES ITS FINALLY HERE!!! IVE BEEN WAITING ALL YEAR!!! Keep up the 🔥 content lucaas.
Credit on every shot. That is what I call respect!
f in the chat for the bird at 6:22
The RC plane really had me lmao with the last pop
I always like watching the U-2 / Chase car team work in landing a returning bird.
Would you mind explaining why it has a chase car?
@@andrewwiest1105 Wings are too big and have to have the cars support it while landing
@@churchfamily290 thank you kindly!
When taking off, it has these rolling support structures under the wings. Once the plane is going fast enough that the wings start to get some lift, those supports are no longer needed, and no longer have any weight on them, which allows them to just fall away.
There are videos of this here on YT if you're interested.
I loooovvvveee your videos. Thank you for entertaining us with clips related to aviation.
Jay Leno made me laugh uncontrollably
Dude in the jetpack is crazy lol... though the plane is not flying that fast, as seen by the flaps being deployed a bit. Still, that's some awesome engineering and an awe-inspiring display of courage! Well done!
07:25 This looks exactly like my life
What a life man!
Cool
16:58 "This plane landed really hard at Bristol airport"
Ryanair logo on the wingtip
Oh, it's just a typical everyday Ryanair landing 😂
The storytelling in this video about catastrophic failures is so compelling. It's like watching a gripping documentary.
Thanks for putting the Bucharest one👍🤗 good video! Keep it up👍🤗
Very interesting moments caught on great mements too thank you very much.
Happy advance new year everyone! And luckily no one was injured!
Plane: *blows up*
Lucas: “luckily no one was hurt”
I do love these videos, thanks...and I have to say it "Luckily, No One Was Injured"
4:46 The airline is Aerosurce, they have had a record for overloading their planes, it resulted in a fatal crash in 2016 with a 727.
7:30 i think swiss001 covered this in a video
@@lomaii2847 you clown, we don’t care about girls we choose AVIATION
@@lomaii2847 shut up porn bot
I think you mean 4:26
10:01 yea the skydiver was cool, but we gonna accept that the helicopter pilot has so much skill he did a barrel roll
This is one from two special aerobatic helicopters MBB BO-105 in property of Red Bull Flying Bulls team. Booth were heavily modified for performing aerobatics maneuvers like back flip, looping or barrel roll. These helicopters are the only ones in the world that can perform similar acrobatics. One of these helicopters (paint in grey instead Red Bull collors) was seen in begining of James Bond movie "Spectre", where flew over city and performed some of these maneuvers.
and luckily no one was injured ~ entire video
I like seeing the crashes it brings me great joy
Were those street lights made of PVC or something they just bent completely from the wind when Blackhawk landed?
Recommend you calling it "yearly* dose of aviation"
Btw good vid
The plane taking forever to lift off from Brazil brings back memories for me (not necessarily pleasant ones). Once in Florida I remember the plane taking what seemed like way too long to lift off. I looked out the window right after we caught air and saw that we had just taken off in time. Packed flight as usual, and then landed in near-blizzard conditions in New England. A hairy takeoff and a hairy landing, too! We were the last plane to land before the airport closed.
Great video and content. Thanks for sharing.
Great editing and audio, Lucaas. The content speaks for itself.
JESUS LOVES YOU SO MUCH MORE THEN YOU COULD EVER IMAGINE AND GIVE YOUR LIFE JESUS BEFORE ITS TO LATE AND LIVE FOR HIM
Yes no need for comment....
Great video really enjoyed it
Couple of small things
The last british 747 was being escorted by the red arrows. The Hawk is a combat plane so you're not wrong just adding detail :)
and the helicopter a few clips after was a VTOL plane (Ospray I think but others will know better)
But yeah really enjoyed that and have subscribed
The hawk is a fast jet trainer for advanced students , not a combat plane
Primarily yes but the Hawk 200 is a combat plane and other versions can be used in combat roles (Even though it is unlikely to happen) so they're not actually wrong.
The hawk has seen active service as a combat jet.
Red Bull really gives you WINGS!
Everything is temporary but *Luckily no one was injured* is permanent 😂
"Unluckily, everyone was injured."
FINALLY
Unluckily, everyone wasn’t uninjured
I know I’m late but where?
The glider didn't land in a field because of a ground loop. The ground loop, if you can call it that, happened on landing.
Red bull has indeed given him wings to fly through the tunnel
You deserve what you go though and find for most of us!
My first unit out of technical school, in the AF, was with a C-130 wing. They were there to train pilots on the C-130, with only training missions 90% of the time. The first time I witnessed one of the crews learning and practicing "Assault Landing", coming in high then nose over and land in something like 900 feet, I thought they'd crash, then once the training crew showed them how to do it, the trainees got to try, only up higher and nowhere near the ground until they had the pullout timed right.
16:59 anyone else loose their shit on the hard landing when you saw the "Ryanair" logo? no just me?
@@lomaii2847 what?
And luckily, no one was injured. Good video👍👍👍
I was subscribed when you had 17,000 subscribers. So unbelievable that it changed so much.
I sympathize with the over weight plane not getting off the ground fast enough! Stay strong chunky brother !
Overweight is never good whether planes or people.

The first one describes my flight with ryanair.
dude, That Blackhawk pilot is the man!!! Nice save!!
the helicopter scene is actually so cool lol. It was inches away from her head, well done
16:47 yup, that's a Ryanair landing if I've ever seen one

"Can I speak to you about your plane's extended warranty?"
edit(context: birdstrike clip): i like to think birds wake up one day and be like "im gonna turn into a suicide bomber" and fly into engines
Finally one where there is no clickbait😇
That RC "could not have gone more wrong". Perfect description.😁
Not sure who Noah is, but he seems to be injured a lot. It’s a wonder he’s still alive.
Kevin Khoo always helps him
28:27 when the turbo kicks in (the plane sounds like a car)
These are fantasy stick videos. Right place at the right time thank you. Continued success.
"CZcams spy plane", "luckily no one was saying jerk." Those closed captions are hilarious. 😂
15:15 most expensive lawn dart ever
Yep “Luckily no one was injured”. BUT WHAT ABOUT THAT CAR 1:50 ?
Ryan Airs slogan and what the pilots announce on every landing….. “annnnnnnnnddddddddd EAT YOUR KNEES ladies and Gentlemen we have arrived….” 😂
22:50 full thrust looks WAY more menacing then what i thought it would look like😂
Shoutout to Aerosucre for being the largest content provider of 2021
My favorite part of your videos? Not the airplanes. Favorite part is actually "luckily, no one was injured."
you must have a dry sense of humor then
AMAZING! Thank you!
MUCH respect to the Black Hawk pilot!
Thank you Lucaas. There could not be any better gift than this video for this year ending. Thank you so much
Now that's a fly-by! 🤣
I have spoken with the Thunderbird pilots right after their practice flying around Nellis AFB, in Las Vegas, Nevada, they showed me their forearms with the blood veins popping up, one of the affects of a 9g turn. They loved it, lol. That was back in 1982-3 & 4, they loved the F-16s, of course we all do.
He he 12:31 "bird strike"
