Henry is the only one making sense in this video. Some people don’t understand Mourinho. Mourinho is a pragmatist. He’s not going to try to play counter attacking football with a team if he does not have the people within the team to execute that. If you look at RM, he was able to succeed because he had players who can play a counter attacking system. If you look at Tottenham, he could not do that because the players within that system did not fit his philosophy and thus he made a pivot according to the strengths of that team. That’s who Mourinho is.

Let's start by history, Jose has delivered very well by lifting both the league and UEFA trophies in the big clubs he managed. He broke the Barcelona dominance against Real Madrid that also contributed in Pep running to Bayen if we remember. Look at what he did at Inter Milan, Chelsea when he came back, Man uted that hasn't carried Caraba cup before or for so long and also winning UEROPA cup with half of he players injured at Man uted. These are clubs that has fund to support him.
How do expect him to continue winning big at As Roma without financial support? As at current before he was sacked, he is the defending champion the Conference Cup he and still in the tournament of UEROPA in Roma. Having a bad moment when the league is not over dose not means he can remain 8th. Arsenal for example always top league from beginning till towards the end and lose it, Does it make the former manager who was there when it was happening before Arteta a bad manager? Of course not . My simple question is, can pep or Klopp etc manage those small clubs Jose managed and use it to lift trophies? Carlo Acelloti at Eveton was already doing bad before he went to Madrid.
