Hikvision camera is active wrong password Activation / Initial Setup

Hikvision camera is active and password do not work wrong password
Camera is active and not ask to set password.

hello , hope you can reply to me ASAP.
i have A Hikvision Fingerprint Model : "K1A8503"
- if i activate the device from the manual activation , then trying to connect it to pc with the same ip and gateway, IVMS4200 says that's the password is incorrect, BUT WHEN I TYPE THE PASSWORD ON THE DEVICE TO OPEN THE ADMIN SETTING , IT OPENS !
- if i activate the device but this time FROM IVMS4200 , it activated correctly ! and connects with the ip and gateway ! BUT WHEN I TRY TO OPEN THE ADMIN SETTING FROM THE DEVICE ITSELF AND TRY TO WRITE THE PASSWORD it says it's incorrect !!!!!
what should i do ?!
if i activated from device , computer says the password is incorrect, and if i activated from the IVMS4200, the device itself says the password is incorrect !!!!
please, i'm going to be crazy

Hello, then you must check inside camera if have reset button or use SADP to extract XML and send file to vendor.
