You need to use the SADP Tool method to generate a file and send it to Hilvision so they can send another file back to reset the password.

If you can't reset using the ethernet net cable method try this method it worked for me
Disconnect the camera power supply;
Press and hold the reset button;
Connect the camera power supply;
Keep holding the reset button for 15 seconds;
Release the reset button.
