I hope you guys are doing well and staying safe! This week I wanted to talk about how to overcome fear and self doubt, because we all have that little voice in our head telling us we are not good enough. I've been dealing with fears and insecurities for as long as I can remember, and I just want to share my experience with you guys and some of the things I've learned along the way. I've been thinking about such things A LOT lately and I feel like what's also really problematic is that we tend to compare ourselves to others SO much these days. I'm 21 years old, already aware of the impact of social media. But I still catch myself being harsh on myself just because I saw another 'successful' 16yo.
A lot of people in their 20s that I know tend to say that it's too late for them to achieve something (as if it was pathetic to pick up a sport after the age of 15), because nowadays we see that there are kids out there who master certain things already. Sadly we don't use our full potential just because we think that we are failures who had missed opportunities and wasted their time. As if growing as a person was only meant to happen during teenage years.
It's really heart warming, seeing you challenging yourself all the time! It's refreshing. You're doing a great job, you should be really proud of yourself. Keep going! x

This is so true!! Everyone is different and it's definitely not late to start in your 20s, 30s, or 40s... The older I get, the more I realize there is still a lot of time for us to achieve something meaningful in life. Girl you have so much ahead of you!! Hi. I feel like not only I'm not good enough for anything. I feel any blessing in this world gets taken away from me. Whether it's CZcams or life in general. I wake up everyday yo prove that's not true. It's hard sometimes but I do find a piece of comfort in persisting. Not as much as I would like but it's better than nothing.
