Continuing our logo rankings of all FBS conferences with the Big 12!
One of NCAA Division I's oldest conferences, the Big 12 has seen recent additions with Utah, Colorado, Arizona, and Arizona State coming over from the PAC-12. This brings the total number of schools to 16, and today we've ranked all the primary logos for each school from Worst to First!

WVU has the biggest brand in the B12, since TX and OK left !!
4:27 is the best logo. I was devastated when Utah switched to the two U logo. Nothing can beat the old drum and feather.
The Kansas State logo is called the Powercat... and it's the best of the bunch
Kansas student here! The reason the logo was changed to look more friendly in 1946 is because the university wanted a logo that better reflected the attitude of America after WW2. That's why we refer to the 1941 Jayhawk as the "Warhawk!" Great video and rock chalk!

I’m a WVU fan and since you’re a Pitt fan I was genuinely surprised you put us as right as we deserved to be. Maybe a little low(I’m a little bias) but overall I really enjoyed this video as I do most of your videos. Keep up the great work!
I use to be a Wichita State fan but then watched the Big 12 Championship between TCU & K-State & I have been a Wildcat fan ever since

Cincinnati logo isn't too simple - it's perfectly simple and I'd say darn near the best of the bunch.
Really enjoy the videos. You and I are 100% on the opposite spectrum of fandom. I grew up a WVU fan and you're a Pitt guy and I graduated from and cheer for Marshall in my adulthood, who had a nice mini-rivalry with your Griz in the mid-90s. Much respect. Keep up the good work!

First logo ranking list where there was actual vision and understanding of logos. I’d have a few tweaks to my list but overall great list with reasoning

Sailor Bear never should've been changed. There's a phenomenon callled "Baylor cringe" which, as an alum, I can tell u that's a real thing. The 1997 logo at 2:55 is a perfect example. No team ever performed better bc their logo was "scary."
I'm a huge fan of cartoon mascot logos bc shouldn't this be fun? It's a school logo not a seal for a governmental agency.
Just curious, how should TCU lean into the frog logo more than having it on their helmet?
Also, Utah’s isn’t a before and after. The feather drum is still the primary logo. The block lettering is pretty blah, but I don’t know that a helmet gets any better than the drum logo (I prefer it without the stripes though).
I suppose I should have been more clear. I wish TCU would lean into the horned frog in their *primary* logo which is the one featured at number 16. I do love that they incorporate the horned frog into the helmets and uniforms, but feel it should just BE the primary logo or at least incorporated fully into their primary logo
The Kansas State kitty is called a Power Cat. I love the Power Cat but would like to see an alternate logo on the helmets now and then. Good video, thanks!

I really wish/hope they change their name to the Big XVI conference. As a Utah fan I wish they would just go back to the Drum n Feather but sadly they are fighting with the Ute tribe

Osu has many helmets logos. Over all we should be higher. Piston pete, badge with wire amoung other. The one you use is the 80 reto. The 60 cowboy bronco is cool.

WVU biggest brand overall in the B12(16) Hands down !! Do the math brother!! Look at Merch sales. Reach, Ect... No damn way the Buffs shouldn't even be in the top 10 B12 !! Casuals didn't have a clue who they were before Dion !!

No, it is FACT. ESPN did a survey two years ago and the two most recognizable logo mascots were Notre Dame and Kansas.
