Thank you for listening!
David Kuckhermann - Hudba
Is that a REMO tombak!?!?!?!
I didn't know they made those....
Wow, absolutely delightful music. Bravo for both of you!!!!
Impressive and beautiful!!!!!!
Congratulations to the 2, beautiful Catherine Vicens.
Thanks, David
Does 'Per non far lieto' mean 'for nothing but joy'?
If so, the title is entirely appropriate to the mood in which the piece was played.
The two musicians (especially Ms Vicens) showed such obvious pleasure in the complimentary creative skills shown by each other, which made almost as much fun to watch as to hear.
I chuckled with sheer delight at the look they shared at the finish.
This is outstanding. Great musicians. Very good performance. Very impressive. Thanks for posting this wonderful piece of music. Keep up the great work.
haunting and lovely! thank you so much for sharing. more please!
Wonderful. Thank you for posting!
Hermoso y cautivador...! me sentí transportada a la edad media...
Fantástico. BRAVO!
Génial ce duo !
Lovely soft sound
Oh, how wonderful!
excellent!!!
subarashii!!
this mut be released!
Medieval indeed! I can imagine geese and pigs wandering about, and peasants dancing, as the music plays on a muddy farmland. Absolutely great.
Fantastic, Cool, Excellent...
Awesome!
Wow!
very nice and unique!
Bellísimo
@allcontakt Thanks alot for reply! Infact when i was reading the reply somehow i got the 'insight' that this type of sound producing pipe is not like those with reeds: on my highland pipes, before using goretex bag i had minor leakage and no matter how small it is felt and exhausts you. On the organ however, the flow of air is much more gentle or it may cause overblow (jump an octave --haha) so small leaking of air shouldn't be drastic like you say.
Watching in last of 2021
Cool
Yay!
@777keno They are on the title-organetto and percussion.
I like the use of a Remo Djembe as a Tonbak
Hi! It's great! really a new experience.
Have some other portativo 's examples of this way of playing?
Amazing music from the middle-age...
@hallobaaaby I always had that doubt.... In fact air does come out, but in very small amounts compared to what goes to the pipes, so everything works. Different "mechanisms" or "actions" try to solve the air going out issue and they deal with it in various ways.
Erstaunlich, was mit so einfachen Instrumenten an Intensität, Farbigkeit und Spannung vollbracht werden kann - wenn zwei Menschen aufeinander hören und ihre Kunstfertigkeit der Musik selber zur Verfügung stellen.
Nice!!
How does the key of the organ transmit the movement to the valve without creating an opening for the air to come out??
hey David
what is the name of the Remo drum you are playing and how can i buy one like it.
could i find it on Remo web site. I do have a persian zarb, tombak, it seems this drum has a more superior sound quality than a tombak.
Excellent, excellent!
Tremendo binomio
@DavidKuckhermann What is the name of those instruments?
What instrument are you playing here mr. Kuchermann? Thanks a lot :)
A Remo Mondo Series Djembe
@@DavidKuckhermann thanks for replying, I guess its the closest thing to a tombak for playing all the intricate fingerings :)
I have just bought 16 notes portative organ! I tried to follow your music, but it was very difficult for a beginner like me.
Gherardello da Firenze.
It seems to be a doumbek, maybe from Remo.
Name of the drum please?
I think it is a 'Tonbak', a Persian 'goblet' drum.
thank you!~
The drum is a Remo "djembe" but Mr. Kuckhermann is playing it using a "tombak" technique, in which he is studied.
It's Remo's djembe.
Not precisely a "frame" drum.
Moreso when North meet South.
What verve when east meets west .
