    Well I would suggest if you can put chilli later bcuz as U can see d chillies are overcooked... N even put cheese later that's how I usually do n it turns out great.. ❤️

    Nice video... It would be better if you use normal pot instead of Korean one and also personally I would cook potato first and then add chilli and cheese later once the potatoes are cooked. Anyways nice video.. keeping going. Cheers!

      Long overdue but we use Britannia Cheese here in Bhutan. We can add cheese at the start but I prefer to add cheese after the potatoes are nearly boiled. Then I let the cheese melt in with the broth.

      Authenticity depends upon how you would look at it. It is definitely an authentic dish from my mom's recipe, so its authentic for me. There would be other variations as well.

    Stone pot is common in villages of India. Saw plenty of them in Jharkhand ❤️. Koreans use mostly plastic to cook
